redone. He did not want me to redo it. As for the driveway it is a fantastic job. So I agree to give Mr. [redacted] a full refund of $5845.00 and I am sorry for any 
inconvenience this my have caused.

Review: The Floor Maintenance Company came out to my home and did some work for me over 5000.00. All the work is of poor workmanship. My garage floor was done in September and in October the floor was peeling. I called [redacted] over and over in October - November and he would not take my calls. I called [redacted] the first week of Dec and told him I would like him to come out and give me a quote for fix my steps (new job) and now he is calling back. I had [redacted] out at my home and at the end I told him now lets look at the garage floor. He told me then he would fix the garage when he does the new job. I did not want him to do any new work for me. I started calling vince again to get the garage only fixed and he once again would not call me back. I called him in January and I had enough. I was referred to another company to fix the garage floor. The other company came out and told me that the floor had to come up because it was not done correctly at all. The floor was peeling and it was a matter of time before my wife of myself takes a fall because of the peeling epoxy. All the work [redacted] company did is bad. FYI [redacted] did not do the work he sent over some workers that don't know how to do any of the work. All three jobs have to be corrected. I don't have a contract from [redacted] with the 3-day right to cancel and he did not put his contractors license number on any of the paper work. His license does not match the name of the company on the paperwork.Desired Settlement: I want the driveway returned back to the way it was so I can have to done correctly. I called another company and I would be charged to take up the waterbase sealer that will not last. The stain is not even. I want to full refund so I can get the work done
