[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I wasn't offered a qarrenty for an additional cost because I was told it doesn't come with the carAlso I was not being dishonest about another buyer not being satisfied with the car because her car ended up having problems with it within the week she bought itIts not right to give people a car that is basically falling apartAlso I do not remember signing the last slip nor does it look like my signatureI remember signing the other ones regarding tags and title and suchI had spoken with the other lady and she said she would be happy to talk about her car she got from thereI did try to reach out the same week or week after through text and calls and the neither were answered nor was there a voicemail to leave a messageThe seller was nice and helpful but he didnt even know my car had an alarm on it and I had to go back when it wouldnt stop going off to figure out how toI'm sorry to be doing it this way, I just dont like being messed over with a carIt shut down on me multiple times including Christmas eveAnd im not the one to start problems if it can be easily resolved but I did try reaching outThank you for your time Regards, [redacted] ***

6/8/16To whom may concern:By this letter I wanted to inform you that the [redacted] that we received a complain submitted on 5/27/case Id [redacted] was sold on 2/16/to [redacted] and [redacted] was sold As Is no warranty implaid or writen,, here is a copy of bill of sale that custumer sing at the moment of sale,,, we did offer custumer the choice of 3r party warranty but they decided to buy as isand we help them save a lot of money on the repair of the heather coil wich they know about it wasn't funtion right, but they agree to buy like thatand they were happy about, and the engine was sound very good when they purchase the SUV, we don't know what people can do or how they drive anything can damage an engine.Thank you:Albelt H

01/19/2018Dear Revdex.com,On the date of 10/16/*** *** *** *** bought a *** from us for $plus tax, title and fees for the total of $ 1200.We offer warranties for all our cars for an additional price but she bought it as is NO WARRANTY. She came back after
days to check the engine light, we checked it and cleared it for NO charge. She was so happy with the until she came back months later blaming us on all the problems she has now.She is making up stories about the lady she mentioned that she bought a bad car from us. We never heard anything from any customer. There is attached documents (title, bill of sale and the warranty sheet) all signed by her proving that she bought the car AS IS with NO WARRANTY.Thank youfor taking time to read our report. Dear Revdex.com represntative, I just got your letter about the complain ld *** received on 6/21/2017,At out bussiness we always try to help the costumer as much as we can, we sell car way under *** prices, after couple days of she bougt the car she call that her batery was dead we bouth a new
batery for her, that was the only complaim she told us, she even took it right away for a trip to Philly, even tought she bought the car ASIS, with not warranty.Any further question please let me know

I am rejecting this response because a few days after the purchase I had my brother bring the car back to inform owner of the Jumping and why the check engine light came on and the owner stated, "the jumping happens most of the time with bigger cars". Then also proceeded to put the car on his machine to read why the engine light was on and hurried and reset it and it came off. From him doing this I was certain that maybe he was right and went to Philadelphia and came back and the Check engine light was back on and also the Jerking did not stop. I then again took the car back to him and he stated that it was nothing wrong once again. A week later my car wouldn't start at all and the battery light came on so I told him that he would need to come replace the battery being that this shouldn't have had happened. When this took place Owner was VERY RUDE with handling the battery. He knew that this car battery was bad because when I went to buy the car it was hooked up to a battery charger. When I asked why he said because he wanted to make sure it was running good being that it had been sitting so long. I was NOT offered ANY warranty what so ever.

Dear Revdex.com represntative, I just got your letter about the Complain ld [redacted] received om 6/21/2017.As we state before this customer bouth the car and after couple days the only complain was the batery, me went to jurmp start the car and we geve and instals her a new batery, the only one rude was her because I told her had a new batery but I had no tools to instal it for her and she went piss of telling that if we didn't do the batery that day she would came back and return the car, we sold the car as is with no warranty express or writen, we don't even had to get her a batery but we did, if she would had come about that time with other complain we would had our mechanic check and take care of any problem if that even after couple weeks of the problem, we also sell third party warranty at additional price wich she refuse to buy and bought the vehicle as ls, but we never hear from her until now after 3 or 4 months, at this time the nothing we can do.

I am rejecting this response because:
My husband and I thought that we were buying a decent and safe vehicle for our family. We were not offered a warranty for this vehicle, and we were definitely not notified about the heating core. If we knew about the heating core, then why would we buy the vehicle that makes no sense. If we were notified or knew about the heating core, then why did we have to take it to a garage to get it diagnosed of what the problem was. As for the paper that Dimitri Auto Sales showed, it was sold AS IS, we didn't know that we would be getting sold a "LEMON" vehicle....this is known as a "LEMON LAW". Therefore the total sale of $2,600 should be refunded due to the fact that it was a bad deal and we not notified of the problems. They just wanted a quick sale and they got it. We only had the vehicle for 3 weeks and the heating core went out, and now 3 months later the 1999 [redacted] is now sitting in our drive way and is unable to be driven. The engine starting making clicking noises and then we were not able to start it or drive it.
