Complaint# [redacted] Customer called in the store to inform us about the chips that she received after minutes she called back and asked money back for the whole food and we told here if you didn't eat it we are happy to give ur money back , she said yes and will give it back to the driver.we said ok and sent the driver to her to get the food a gentleman came down to give us back the food bag , we open the bag in the store to saw that they almost finished everything in the bag ..like with in minutes after they give the food she called in very rude mannerism and demanded that we must give her money back ..eventhough they finished most of it almost all of it ...the manager credit back one sub ...And she turned around called the health department and they came twice to check everything and didn't find any evidence that support her claim I have reports from health department and pictures of the bag that she sent it back to us ....I will NOT refund her anything further ....Thank you
