We have used Dimo Espresso Services twice over the past couple of years. He originally repaired our Delonghi Magnifica machine that I thought would require shipping and handling at quite a cost. Being local to NE Ohio, no shipping and he had our machine performing as if it was brand new. Since then we also purchased another espresso machine from Pavlli and it has been a wonderful machine. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that, he also sells some amazing coffee beans.

Pavlli fixed my 5+ year-old Gaggia Titanium. Needed a new pump. Service was performed quickly and accurately. The machine came back as good as new. Best service experience I have had in years.

Thank you, Pavlii! We own a 30 year old Olympia Cremina, an uncommon, solidly made, hand-pull espresso machine. It was a group gift for my 40th birthday. For the last ten years, now living in Cleveland, OH, we have searched and searched to find someone to replace the gaskets and fine tune the machine. For some reason I decided to look again, and voilà, Pavlii showed up in the google search. Operating from home, with a true love of espresso and espresso machines, he not only replaced the gaskets, he discovered an other problem. AND because he is doing this from love, his price was much lower than expected. You cannot go wrong in placing your machine in his hands. Thank you again, Pavlii.

Pavlli is a gem to work with! He is a straight shooter and gives you the honest truth. He took our 8 year old machine, a Saeco Xelsis, and brought it back to like new condition. After a very thorough cleaning, he found other problems that would soon have caused some major repair issues. He is very intelligent and gifted in his field so listen to him when he gives you suggestions on how to better care for your machine and the best operation procedures!
And the coffee he sells... it is what takes espresso to the top with a creme that rocks! Buy some!!
