On July 28, this company ordered new engine from supplier in FloridAugengine came, *** *** inst**led engine with is***s, my flywheel from my old engine did not fit this new engine so they ordered a engine coupler and a new starter for the conversion, which was #more I had to paywhen my boat was done I paid for it and went to the river for holidayI **most hit a boat, I did hit the dock because I had no reverse, or neutr**I returned the boat, **so had no gauges but oil pressurefound out they never test drove it in the waterthey looked at it , said it was shifting fine, told them about the steering noise, a noise that was coming from the back, not the engine*** was to go to the lake with me but kept putting me off and ** didn't want anything to do with me*** did go to the lake and heard the noises and said it sounded like the gimb** bearingFew days later he pulls the outdrive and finds a part that is cracked, said he was going to order it, not

Watercraft performed on Ms***’s boat.
**though we empathize with Ms***’s frustration of having
purchased an outdated vessel prior to bringing it in for repair work to ***
Watercraft, we fully stand behind our work and that of our independent
contractors that performed the repair work on this particular boat
Regarding Ms***’s claim that “everything in that
response is a lie,” the factu** evidence contradicts her comment
Furthermore, her boat was not ‘unsafe’ as she statedIn
fact, as we previously mentioned, two of our independent contractors and Ms
*** took her boat out on the water together for approximately hoursIf
the boat was ‘unsafe’ then our representatives, one an experienced shipwright
with over years of experience in the boating repair industry, would never
have been on the water for that length of time**though Ms*** says that
it is a lie that our contractors took her boat out on the water with her, there
is a record of it at Lake Perris on the day the boat was in fact taken out at
launch ramp #The inspected report from the lake is registered with her hull
ID for her boat
As we mentioned, we would be more than happy to schedule a
meeting and work with a third party arbitration representative of the Revdex.com
We would like to request that this matter be closed, as Ms
*** was treated with the utmost respect, received top-notch customer
service and workmanship on her vessel

every word in that response is a lieMr*** is delusion** and has no idea what he is t**king aboutIt is clear to me that Mr, *** has no ethics or mor**s on the qu**ity of work and/or service to his customersHe has no regard for the safety of the customerA business needs **l of these to be successful and have a following of repeat customersFirst and foremost, my safety, and the safety of my passengers are my responsibility*** Watercraft should be responsible for the safety of their customers after work has been performed and the boat not test drivenI sure hope Mr*** does not lie to his other customersLike I said not one word in his response is true....don't even know where he got that story
