favor.She had nothing ready when we got there and I told her this place was a mess and she said everything wasn,t going . I told her she was not ready to move 3/4 of here stuff wasn't packed in boxes. She took everything and when the customer isn't ready we have to do what we have to do to make it work and that takes time and the customer is paying me by the Hr and it adds up that's not the movers fault its the the customers.But this person just doen't get it. And when you put some one in storage when everything is a mess that takes time too put everything in place. She put us though hell and is trying to capitalize but it's not working.She even mention problems I had with other customers. She doesn't have any right when you don't know what your talking about. Hewr boyfriend even put a fake review on the internet. I move over @00 jobs a year my rep is great. Aceppt for customers trying to get over and I won't put up with it and this is what happens they use The Revdex.com for leavridge I did nothing wrong. I told her from day one where things where and The rest was at my storage to pick up no charge for storage.She never picked up just kept calling police.I told the police she can get her things anytime she wanted. she never came till The insurance company was going to charge her with fraud.That's the best I can tell you about this because the other claims are false.

east.He asked me to pick his pieces up at the auction house where he purchased. At first I told him no that I wasn't going back east. But he asked me to pick up and store till I can deliver because they had some rule at the auction house purchaser must have things pickup at a sertaint time. I agreed. So time went on and I couldn't get anything thing going east. I contacted him and asked him t o pay me. I was having some money problems cause I was hacked on the internet on my advertising. I had to have all my advertising redone.I was slow till it started showing again. He contacts Uship and tells them He didn't receive his things.Uship cancels my account now I can't get any interstate jobs cause of him.Now his things been in my storage since June and I paid $150 every month.And Uship only gave me $350.So I charged him for local pickup is $180. And charged him storage @$50 a month for 6 months $300. His bill is $480. I told him he can pay Uship back.Cause of all his dishonesty. I would have worked with him but it's a one way street. He tells me what he's going to pay me it doesn't work that way I have prices not deals.If I pay Uship I have no account and no recourse.I don't want his thingsI want them gone. Or he can get My Uship account reinstated and I'll deliver his things. He can pay Uship what he things he owes and I'll pay the rest.                                                                                                  Thank You

Dimura you are a thief! You deserve to be in jail. Where is my belonging you have not returned for more then two months? Who you think you are to play with people trust, their life, their history, their money? Those are my things and you were paid to deliver them in storage not to get them to your place and resell them? How dare you? I the next few days I will write everywhere all the details so people can be safe from a scammer like you.

wished I did my homework and just to do a search in Maricopa county jail would have been more then enough not to ever hire you.

Mr. D[redacted] accused me of misrepresenting the value of the broken tv & my sister finally found the receipt which I will fax to you as soon as I locate a machine. He also says I waited 3 days to notify him; I moved May 10th, [redacted] came the 11th & I called D[redacted] as soon as the tv was turned on & I saw the damage. I have texts that prove this & a voice recording on my iPhone which need to be turned into files I can attach & email. I don't know how to do this & will go to Apple Store tomorrow. I have no desire to drop this complaint. Thank you!My sister just emailed me a pic of the original receipt for the tv. It says originally $2,699 on sale for $2,000. My sister bought insurance from direct tv & when the original tv developed a blue vertical line, direct tv replaced it. That is the tv at issue  & it was delivered 3/9/15. Am emailing pics of both receipts. Thank you so much for your quick response; I've learned my lesson.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is a respond to Dimura moving, complain nr ssigned ID [redacted].. I started uploading documents to prove everything about my complain but I only could do four documents. Here is my answer to Dimura In response to [redacted] DiMura's email, I am shocked to read his very false and unsupported accusations. I have nothing to gain from "accusing" this man. He withheld my belongings from me, and I have evidence, in the form of pictures, of the damages to my belongings, and screenshots of the text message conversations between us. He withheld my belongings, and I want justice. There are reviews of his company committing the same crime in other states. Sadly, my case is not unique, and I would be more than happy to share my experiences, all of which are supported with evidence. Here are the facts: 1. [redacted] DiMura showed up two and half hours late the day of my move 2. His employee smelled heavily of alcohol when they eventually did show up 3. I told them to go and get a bigger truck because the truck they brought was small too fit my things 4. All the boxes were in the garage packed, closed and ready to go. No box was inside the house, only the furniture remained. On the second floor, they only worked half an hour because my family helped me moved everything into the garage two days before my move 5. The movers left before 3 pm and said they will be back in an hour after they dropped off the first load . Five and a half hours passed, and it was 8:30 in the evening. I had to text them and ask when they will be back. My cleaning people had to leave because the movers finish the job, and that hurt me, considering the next day was a walk thru for the buyers. 6 Dimura did not move my stuff to the storage place that he said he would take them too, for $150/month, but to [redacted] for $260/month. He never notified me. 7. After a few weeks when I called him to pay the second month, I found out my things were at [redacted]. I called them and found out that my possessions were scheduled to go into an auction in a week because Dimura did not pay the full amount. I had to pay a $400 fee to save my things not to go to auction. After a few days, Dimura finally went to sign the papers, so that the storage went under my name ( I have the contract that I signed and payed $400) 8. When I opened the storage, I noticed right away the second load never made it to the storage. 9. I notified the police. The police were not able to get any information on where my stuff was. Dimura refused to give them any information ( I have a police report number and copy of the file) 10. After another 4 weeks of trying to locate my belongings, I made the second police report. The police were again, unable to get any information from him. Instead, he was very profane to the police (Ms. [redacted] specifically). I was told from the police to not contact him anymore but file legally way (I have the copy of the police report) 11. I reported the loss to my insurance. From May- till October my insurance was unable to reach or meet Ms [redacted]. Finally, in October, he gave my insurance the information. It took another three weeks for me to get my stuff. There, I found out that there was an investigator looking after him because other people were also searching for their belongings, all of which [redacted] Dimura was holding onto. He had 7 storage units full of people's belongings, thrown everywhere-stuff crowded on top of each otherHe even tied to hand me items that were not mine. 12 . The police filed criminal charges against him, but they were dropped since the other cases similar to mine were in the other cities. My case was the only one in Scottsdale, and apparently they need more cases from my city to build a case 13. I received only a small part of my belongings, most of which were damaged 14. I have gotten my first check from my insurance and I am about to get another check for the things I replaced. What he is saying about my insurance is completely false. 14. The comments online, about stories similar to mine, are individual with their own experiences, It is not hard to prove. 15. I have the receipt that Dimura was paid full for my move 16. I have sent the attorney general a complaint with all the documents that back up my claims. I want to send Revdex.com all the proof to investigate that complaint. I invite [redacted] Dimura to provide documents for all his complaints against me. 17. There are two police reports at city os Scottsdale against Dimura Moving fro stealing my stuff. Dimura Moving Company was employed by Fifth Avenue Antiques to ship two cane-back chairs to me. The chairs were delivered, as promised, to my home in Shaker Heights, Ohio on July 10, 2016. They arrived, however, not in the same condition as when I purchased them.

When I purchased the chairs online, the photos showed the chairs to be intact, with no visible damage, particularly to the caned areas. Upon delivery, however, there was a rather large hole in the cane back of each chair. The damage had happened to the chairs while in route from Arizona to Ohio.

I have had the chairs repaired at my cost of $660. I have tried numerous times to reach you by mobile to discuss. I have photos of the damage, along with a receipt for the repair. I am expecting that you will reimburse me for the damage which occurred while the chairs were in your possession. Karla King

This is a respond to this false complaint I never damaged her things and never with held them the police never charged me with anything crime. And this investigator she is talking about was a [redacted] agent from another customer that didn't pay he came to see the things in my storage and that was resolved with no incident.She can take all the pictures she wants thats the way the stuff was picked up and thats the way it iwas put in storage. If there was any damage it was from  the other movers she hired not my company. She says she has nothing to gain she is been trying to sue everybodies insurance for her fraud claim. And she claims other cutomers had the same problem her boy friend put a false review on the internent that's the kind of person your dealing with. Every customer I deal with has recieved their things she doesn't know what she is talking about. To finish this customer recived all her things that is a flat out lie that she is missing things. There is no reasoning with this irrational person. She is not getting any money from me or my insurance.

DiMura bid on a move that was to be picked up on Jan 9th in Queen Creek, AZ and to be delivered to Fallbrook, Ca. He changed pick to the 8th because he had to be in Calif on the 9th. My son and I were going to meet him there to make sure the jukebox was wrapped and properly tied down. Because I had to be there on the 8th I (70 yrs old) had to drive over alone, I arrived at 2pm my window was between 1-3pm. I waited until 6pm, I called 4 or 5 times left my number on his voice mail. I call until about 9:30 pm still voice mail, on the 9th I call again voice mail, as of this writing still no word from him. I reaffirmed on the night of the 7th he told me he would be there, and thanked me for changing my schedule.
