Review: I ordered Chicken and Broccoli with fried rice and when it was delivered, it had pork in it. When ordering, I specifically said I wanted veggie fried rice as I don't eat beef or pork. The woman who answered the phone was in a hurry to get off of the phone so she didn't tell me that their fried rice only comes with meat. After I received my order and it was incorrect, I called Din Din and the same woman answered the phone. She started to yell at me and say I didn't say veggie fried rice. I then asked to speak to manager. I explained calmly what had happened and he then began to patronize me. I explained that I do not eat beef or pork and the woman didn't tell me that I couldn't have it without. He continued to yell at me until I mentioned that I would write something up on [redacted]. I have never been yelled at by both an employee and a manager. I put both parties on speaker and my coworkers were livid on how they spoke to me.Desired Settlement: I did not get what I ordered and I should never be spoken to like an animal.
