I paid $27.01 for the whole roast duck, but I got part of roast duck...no legs, no wings, no head.
I did not get the whole roast duck...This is rip off, not honest business..I won't go back there again
We are an honest family business thats been serving Austin Chinese BBQ since the 90's.
Our Whole Roast Duck price is $27.01(tax included) and is proudly displayed in our BBQ section right by the front entrance where guests can view and select their duck. When orders are placed and selected that is when the ducks are chopped and prepared right in front of the customer. Our average size ducks prior to marinating and roasting is 6lbs. The ducks on display have head, arms, and thighs. We include everything displayed except the head because majority of our customers in the past 10 additional years have politely request for it to be not included.
I have included a couple of picture of our ducks on display and a dine in plate of a whole duck. We don't skimp on our ingredients, quality, or quantity and are always striving to keep reasonable prices for our patrons. Because, we love happy patrons that enjoy our food.
I am sorry to hear this guest was so displeased with our Roast Duck and won't be returning to our establishment. We are always willing to address all concerns and do a full reimbursement if the patron is fully unhappy with our food and our services.
