DiNapoli Pizza

I placed an order to DiNapoli Pizza on 10/20/19 at 5:52 pm for two hoagies and requested delivery.
The first order was a Ham and Cheese Hoagie with lettuce, pickles, oil, oregano and mayonnaise. My second hoagie was a Turkey and Cheese hoagie with everything.
I paid $17.32 for both hoagies. I had the hoagies delivered to my home. When I opened the first hoagie which has supposed to had been ham and Cheese with lettuce and pickles, I noticed the lettuce was missing along with the cheese. So I automatically checked to see the turkey hoagie which was missing cheese.
I immediately contact the pizza shop and ask to speak with the manager. The young lady who answered my call informed me that the manager Isaac was out on a delivery and could not assist me. I informed the young lady that I am a client and my order is incorrect and I wanted it rectified.
To make a long story short no one answered my call, nor did anyone answer my questions. This is absolutely terrible customer services and I was charged for the extra ingredients that I did not receive. This is highway robbery and something needs to be done.
