I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with *** ***'s response He says he inspected the plants, but no one was home at the time, despite my request that he give me a heads up in advance He left a message on my cell phone (which I saved) dismissing my complaint saying he checked the plants and they were perfectly healthy and there was nothing wrong with the plants However, that same day I checked the plant(s) and found lace bugs on the underside I then sent him pictures of the lace bugs along with published documentaion on the damage such insects pose I sent him an email asking him to return and take a look while I'm here but he never responded He has been dismissive of legitimate concerns As I stated in my complaint, lace bugs overwinter and in the Spring hatch and you eventually start seeing mottling on the top of the leaves and poppy size black spots on the undersideThose two things were already evident in early November As the published documentation on lace bugs indicates, this condition is evidence that the infestation was existing at the time of planting in late AugustFurthermore, the situation will not get better come the Spring as he stated Once the lace bugs destroy one plant they will go to another one I already saw evidence that day of the mottling on the other two plants If he agrees to replace the three plants that I originally asked for this coming Spring with equal or lesser value plants as it stipulates on the contract, I would be satisfied I brought this problem to his attention within weeks of the planting in August By denying that any problem exists now, and then saying he will inspect the plants in Spring 2016, the company will put me in a position where I no longer can avail myself of its' stipulated month policy of replacement for legitimate cause I would hope thyat he recognize that a problem exists now

In response to the complaint associated with the above number, there is no problem with the plants we installed when we last looked at them. The bugs our client is referring to will most likely be gone in the spring. There is a very small chance that the plants have been damaged at all. The client's...

concern has been noted on her account and we will revisit the issue in the spring, if there still is an issue.I have spoken to our client about this situation.
