Dincher's auto charged me $for a battery and installationIf they would have called me before installing the battery. I would have never given them permission to install it when I can purchase a battery from Walmart for $87.96 and install it in minutes .*** reimbursed me for the installation because they felt the charge of $to install a battery was way out of line by industry standards*** also felt the charge of preforming the diagnostics at a charge of $for a hour check was way out of line for the industry*** felt the industrial rate for a diagnostic test should be half that at $an hourthank you

After getting into an accident in W*** more than miles from home I was very fortunate that I found Dincher's Auto BodyI was doubtful that my car could be restored back to its original conditionTheir work certainly exceeded my expectationsMechanically my car runs like new and the body and paint work is flawlessNo one can detect where the damage was or which panels were replaced, everything matches up perfectlyI dealt with G*** who was very courteous and helpful throughout and delivered as promisedTheir good job made for a good ending to what could have been a very difficult situation

MARCH 15, 2017TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;ON 2/21/WE DID TOW *** ***'S ***THIS WAS NOT JUST A REGULAR TOW; IT WAS A VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN WHICH THE POLICE CALL US TO TOW, THERE IS MORE TO AN ACCIDENT TOW THEN A BREAKDOWN TOW; THE STREET MUST BE CLEANED UP OF DEBRIS, ALSO WHEN THE POLICE CALL US FOR
A WRECK, THERE IS A $CITY TOWING ORDINANCE FEE WHICH IS ADDED TO THE BILL THIS IS A FEE THAT IS CHARGED BY ALL TOW COMPANIES, WE ALSO HAVE A SET FEE FOR ACCIDENT TOWS AS COMPARED TO A BREAKDOWN TOW, WHEN THE *** WERE TOWED HERE, DID TELL THEM THAT WOULD MAKE AN ESTIMATE FOR THEM HAD TO CALL SEVERAL SALVAGE YARDS TRYING TO LOCATE PARTS SINCE THEY WANTED AS REASONABLE AS POSSIBLE SINCE IT WAS AN OLDER CAR, WHICH UNDERSTANDI HAD IT READY THE NEXT DAY AND THEY CHOSE NOT TO SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY ON THE CARTHERE WAS DAY OF STORAGE CHARGED ON THE CARWHEN VEHICLES ARE REPAIRED, WE WAVE THE STORAGE FEESTHERE WAS NO OVERCHARGE ON THIS FEE, ALL OF US TOW COMPANIES ARE ALL ABOUT THE SAME FEE WE ARE EVEN SOMEWHAT CHEAPER THAN THE REST.I SPOKE WITH ** *** AT LUNCH ON 2/22/17, TOLD HIM THE AMOUNT OF ESTIMATE AND HE DECLINED REPAIRSTOLD HIM THE FEES THAT WERE OWED ON THE CAR AND HE SEEMED ALRIGHT WITH IT*** ***ALTHOUGH, REALLY QUESTIONED THE BILL WHEN SHE CAME IN, WHICH WE EXPLAINED TO HER AND SHE DID PAY THE BILL THEY DROVE THE CAR TO A FRIENDS HOUSE NEARBY LATER ON; IT WAS WRECKED EXTENSIVELY BUT GUESS THEY GOT IT WHERE THEY WERE GOING.SO, IN CLOSING, I WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY MONEY FOR THE TOWWE DID THE WORK WE CHARGED FOR.SINCERELY,GEORGE D

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;This is in regards to repairs done to *** ***'s *** ***, ID #***When car was towed in, it would not start so we performed diagnostics to see what the problem wasWe found no fuel pressure, then we tested pump relay, and found fuse blownFuse
would pop after several minutes So we did more tests and found battery not producing enough amps to power up all circuitsBattery tested bad (see *** printout)After replacing battery, fuse no longer poppedTest drove Vehicle, it stayed runningHe may have had wires replaced at the Cadillac dealer which probably did make it perform betterWe were just asked to get car running, which we didIf it made it to State College, which is miles from here, we must have fixed itBefore our repairs, car would only run several minutesThe car is years old and could probably need more if you lookedWe fixed initial problem and got car to stay runningMoney was an object when we towed it in, he did not want to put a lot of money into it because it was an older car.I did nothing wrong to the car, but make it better and stay runningWe will not reimburse him for any repairs because everything that was done was needed and done at a fair price.George D

APRIL 7, 2017TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;I have spoken to ** *** about the backordered partsI told him would like nothing more than to have his truck totally doneI have done all the major work on the truck; all that was missing are several moldings on the right running board, half of them have
shown up; which installedThe center step pad arrived last week; waiting on stripsThis particular truck offers different running boards and after they produce them the first year most of the time nobody stocks the replacement parts and they are put on a backorder and a dealer search to locate these takes time, which is out of my control after ordering themI try my best to get all parts needed when repairing a vehicle; as with anything, sometimes parts are not readily availableThe dealership has told me that they have located the missing parts and they are being shippedI told *** *** that I will call him as soon as I get themThese are small parts not affecting drivability, just appearance, but understand his frustrationI feel the same way, but my hands are tied.Sincerely,George D
