Dincher's auto charged me $150.50 for a battery and installation. If they would have called me before installing the battery. I would have never given them permission to install it when I can purchase  a battery from Walmart for $87.96 and install it in minutes .[redacted] reimbursed me for the installation because they felt the charge of $19.50 to install a battery was way out of line by industry standards. [redacted] also felt the charge of preforming the diagnostics at a charge of $133.50 for a .69 hour check was way out of line for the industry. [redacted] felt the industrial rate for a diagnostic test should be half that at $100 an hour. thank you

shown up; which installed. The center step pad arrived last week; waiting on 2 strips. This particular truck offers 8 different running boards and after they produce them the first year most of the time nobody stocks the replacement parts and they are put on a backorder and a dealer search to locate these takes time, which is out of my control after ordering them. I try my best to get all parts needed when repairing a vehicle; as with anything, sometimes parts are not readily available. The dealership has told me that they have located the missing parts and they are being shipped. I told [redacted] that I will call him as soon as I get them. These are small parts not affecting drivability, just appearance, but understand his frustration. I feel the same way, but my hands are tied.Sincerely,George D

After getting into an accident in W[redacted] more than 200 miles from home I was very fortunate that I found Dincher's Auto Body. I was doubtful that my car could be restored back to its original condition. Their work certainly exceeded my expectations. Mechanically my car runs like new and the body and paint work is flawless. No one can detect where the damage was or which panels were replaced, everything matches up perfectly. I dealt with G[redacted] who was very courteous and helpful throughout and delivered as promised. Their good job made for a good ending to what could have been a very difficult situation.
