Dinero Express #3

On 01/25/2020 I went to this location to deposit money to an other person through the a company name *** which is a third party to the actual payer ***, I asked the employee there if I deposit the money will the other person will she be able to receive the money without providing her the PIN number that is in the receipt. The young lady assured me that no one could take out the money with out a pin. I asked her three times so I could be sure that money will be safe and she assured me with a smile that my money will not be taken out if I don't give away the PIN number. I went back on Monday 01/27/2020 to cancel this payment do to not receiving a package I was expecting. When I spoke to the employee she told me that the money was picked up a day after I deposit it. I asked her how can they pick up the money with out a PIN? She answered that if there is someone working within the company in the country I deposit the money that they could have released it with out a PIN. So I called *** to report this and they informed me that the person who is picking up the money does not need a PIN, I also called *** to verify this information, and they responded with the same thing, the person picking up the money does not need a PIN all they need is their Identification. So I went back to Dinero *** to inform them about this, and the employees as well as the *** (AKA ***) keep assuring me that they know what they are doing and that a PIN should of been asked for and they also mentioned they are not responsible for this situation. One employee even mentioned that she worked there for 6 years and I wasn't going to tell her how her job works. I lost my money because I put it in the hands of this company thinking that they know the policies of who they are working with (*** and *** ).
