Dinette design owners have filled chapter bankruptcy protection , once I hear back from the lawyer to provide us with the fund and the instructions in how to fulfill this order , I will get in touch with the client after the court date that is set on September 4th , we will issue either refund or ptoduct

That's when he started cursing That is no way to speak to a customer that's spending their money in your business Regards, [redacted]

The set is not available for another two weeks per the manufacture , the customer was contacted with this information and he he was Ok with the delay , at this point I'm not sure what was the purpose of contacting Revdex.com , he will be contacted again with the set arrives

Customer bar stools have arrived , customer was contacted and offered free delivery for the inconvenience

I am rejecting this response because: On 1/8/2014 the balance was hand carried in CASH to the store to cover the check that was cashed to soon by the store. They distinctly told me that they where holding on to the check until they have confirmation that the furniture has been shipped. Therefore, the store's claim that the bounced check delayed the furniture at least 3 weeks in bogus because they had the money on the 8th of January and here it is May. That's just another excuse to delay my refund. Three weeks from the time they received the balance should have been the beginning of February. So here it is May 2, 12 weeks from when they received the balance and no furniture. And if the delay was the case, why would all of my furniture be coming at different times. Again, Lies Lies and more Lies. When I went to the store in February, the manager said nothing about being delayed because they had not gotten the money. **, the manager said the furniture is probably in the warehouse but hasn't been inventoried yet. They where behind. These crooks have been lying for the last 6 months. I want my money back period. 
Let **, the manger know that he doesn't have to worry about me coming in the store ever again. As a matter of fact, if I see any persons going in the store, I will definitely let them know not to do business with the crooks.

I Want to fiirst start by saying Thank You. Dinette Design did not pay for my bar stools. When I place the order I oaid for the stools in full. When I called 5 weeks later I was told they should ne in by Wednesday.  When I called on Thursday the Manager bame [redacted] told me they should ne in next week. When I called the following week which would have been 7 weeks later my stools still have not came in. I do understand that thing happen this is the first time I've been told they are on back order. When I called in the 8th week **. [redacted] started started cursing at me he told me he didn't give a [redacted] if I got my stools. I paid this business 464.00. He did get mad until he said I just order the stools and the would be delivered to your house. I said I thought ypu order them back in February?  That's when he started cursing.  That is no way to speak to a customer that's spending their money in your business.

This is a follow up complaint re Complaint ID [redacted]. On June 29, 2014, I purchased a sectional from Dinette Design in [redacted] Mall at [redacted], VA. I paid for this purchase in full in cash. The delivery was promised within 2-3 weeks. However, the sectional was not delivered and no one is answering the phone and no one is calling me back with the status of the delivery.

The customer received his merchandise on March 14 , signed proof of the receiving bill can be provided if it is needed

customer will receive her stools by no later than May 21 item has been in a back order status for almost 8 weeks , the item haas been paid for already by dinette design no refund will be granted at this time

Sales person have been terminitaed as a rsult of this type of behvoir  , the customer paid the remaining balance with a check that bounced with the vendor due lack of fund , which delayed the process for at least three weeks . I checked on the order myself the following information was provided...

,1- living room ( sofa &2 chairs ) will be delivered by 06/07 , table with 2 stools , will be delivered by 05/24 , basement sectional will be delivered by 05/19 , please advise customer not to come to the site and behave like he did two weeks ago as I instructed my staff to call security to remove him from the store if he acted the same way again  . thank you
