I purchased a table from this company which turned out to be defective after the stain lifted from the table topThe owner accused me of damaging the table and reluctantly offered to fix it as if doing me a favorIt has been three months and my table has yet to be repaired The owner recently yelled at me in a phone conversation telling me he would not fix the table because of my attitude, but how should a customer react who is being treated unfairly and accused of lyingA good company knows how to handle customer complaints and this is far from a good company

With all do respect to mrs carol delfino she bought inexpensive floor sample as is sofa . The manifacturer warranty is for only a year. As per her saying she recieving a wrong couch we delivered exactly what was on our floor sample therefore if she...

tought is a wrong sofa she could refuse it on delivery . Also she didn't recieve the rest of her furniture because she said she can not pay for it thanks

Review: To start I lost al my belongings in Sandy. It was trying to find prices that I might be able to purchase. [redacted] was near home; I went in purchased a bedroom set, a couch, Table and chairs etc. When the couch was delivered it was not the right color or couch. I called and asked to have it returned. I was receiving part of my bedroom set. Low and behold right couch WRONG color. After about a year the springs started popping up. I kept on calling and I was told it was told that the warrenty was only for ! years. I was upset and asked what they could do. I was told that he would get me the name of the company that made it. Four calls later will get name and call me back. Todays call really upset me. He told me you will have to buy a new couch. Not only was I told I would have to buy a new couch, I was told not to call NOT TO BOTHER HIM AGAIN. He hung up < When I tried to get the telephone number of the company again, he will not answer. I am also a senior citizen, I also plan on letting AARP know how he treats peolpe. I can not afford a new couch, all I wanted is to have it repaired.Desired Settlement: Refund or new couch RIGHT color.

Review: I received a set of kitchen chairs and a table that I paid $1,000 for. It took an extremely long time to receive the set. It was ordered in January and not received in May when I was told it would take 4 weeks. Two of the chairs arrived damaged. The chairs are cracked and the paint is chipping. [redacted] has not been cooperative about repairing the damage or about compensation for the damaged merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like $200 as compensation so I can take the chairs to someone reputable for repair.

Review: On 8/*/14 my dinette set was delivered and set up from [redacted]. Within a week, I noticed that one of the legs were loose. I called for service but was contstantly put off by the owner. He would tell me to call Thursday or that he would have to call me back. Finally in mid-September, ywo service people showed up at 8PM on a Saturday. They looked at the dinette and took pictures. They confirmed that the dinette was defective and would have to be replaced. They told me that the [redacted] would be in touch. He was not in touch, so I called him. He still has not replace dthe table. Week after week, it is something else. Either it is the Jewish Holiday and his dictributor is closed or they just don't have the table. Two weeks ago, he told me that they have the table but in the wrong color. Last week, the table was in a shipping container somewhere.It has been almost three months and teh table leg looks like it is about to collapse. It is becoming apparent that this [redacted] is not going to replace this table.Desired Settlement: Replacement or refund
