First of all we received no phone voice mail as indicated in response. We noticed a call received on said day but NO message. When we called back we were told that [redacted] would be going to Ohio to pick up merchandise and our chair and pads. This would happen in 2 + weeks time. We have doubts this will happen. But since that is what they say lets see if it happens. We will launch another complaint if the above doesn't happen in a timely manner. My primary problem with this business that they promise but never come through. It took 4 months for the repair to be sent out, without our knowledge, so lets see how long it takes to get repair back and the ordered chair pads. The chair pads were ordered in Feb 2015 and now we are in Oct 2015.

I just received complaint ID # [redacted]. We have moved and the mail was forwarded To our new address . Hence the delay in replying .As far as the complaint is concerned . When they received the furniture there were no problems with the set . As they stated in there statement. They damaged the...

chair months later. When they dropped off the chair ( which I only needed the seat they damaged) I did not have any trucks coming from Ohio at that time . Therefore the chair just sat .We then moved and were closed for some weeks to get settled into our new store.The chair was sent back on the first truck we had come in which was in end of May.I had a truck come in a few weeks ago , but the chair was not on there.I have since spoken with the builder who assured me it will be on our next truck , which is 2 1/2 weeks from now . The additional purchase of the seat cushions will also be on that same truck.If they do not want to wait on the cushions then I will refund the money on that order.I did try to contact them also today to see if they still wanted the cushions . I left a message .As far as returning the set , that is not possible . They damaged the seat 6 months later, and the builder is exchanging the seat at no cost to them . Which they also do not have to do Since it was not a manufacturing defect , but an accident that happened in there home by them.
