Review: I purchased a computer board for my hot tub from Dinger's on April 29, 2014 in the amount of 329.18. The guy from Dinger's installed it and it still did not work. He came back a second time and told me I needed to hire an electrician, which I did because it may be an electrical problem. I paid for an electrician and also got a second opinion from Aaron's Pools. No electrical problem and Aaron Pools said it is a bad board. I have been trying to return this board and [redacted] told me to get it out and bring it to him and we will be even because the guy did not charge me labor to install the bad board. He did not charge me labor because it was not working when he left. The warranty will be running out soon; it is warrantied for a year; and I need to get my money back. He will not tell me where it was purchased. Could you please help me to get my money back for this part so I can call someone else to fix it? Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund on this product so that I can hire someone else to fix my hot tub.
