My complaint is I bought a vehicle from themI had an accident due to a low blood sugarI asked for A chance to get it back in order before getting another car but [redacted] was rude telling me we will force you to pay so I was paying them for cpi wich was to pay for all but the deductable they are charging me for the rest of the car and sent me a letter demanding full payment and I had not missed a payment and I was lied to by the sales personel I dont think I should keep paying them for A car I do not have that insurance was to cover

we bought a car from them days ago we paid down of the and asked if we could split rest of it up over the next weeks they said that would be fine.as of today they didn't do that and have disabled the car.when we got car we were never told the actual price of car even after several attempts from myself asking how much car cost we found out cost as we signed contract.and today my wife contacted them to speak to [redacted] the manager there and she was told he was busy so she then asked if she could leave message for [redacted] and she was told he will be busy and forget to call back for her to keep calling back every minutes till she gets ahold of himshe works nights and can't keep calling like that when she needs to sleep due to having to work again tonight 4/17/18.and I work from 3am till sometimes or at night I came home tonight 4/17/at 4:to spend a few hours with my wife before she goes to work tonight cause I don't get to see her much do to work and helping out with

since I purchased my vehicle from this company it’s been nothing but bad customer service from their account managementI’ve had my vehicle for almost 3yrs now and have always made timely payments and this pass month I was $short on my payment and needed one week to pay the remaining balancei agreed to a promissory which I have a copy of also to pay the remaining balance by 04/05/no where in the promissory do it say that I have to pay this balance by 3pm and the account manager did not say this on the recorded phone conversation that we had on 04/02/so I assumed that I had until their time to pay which is 5:30pmmy truck was deactivated before 4pm and the account manager calling me at work before I have time to get off work and make the promised payment to them before their business closing hourswhen I get to the business and make my payment and asked to speak with my account manager to voice my complaint she did apologize and said that I had to pay by 3pm and I showed her nowhere in the promissory did it say that but she then rolled her eyes at me and walked offi’m was very angry that my vehicle was deactivated before I had the opportunity to make my payment and then didn’t even get a sincere apology for the lack of informationit was two hours before the business closed and the lack of information that was given to me regarding the promissory is horrible and so are the account manager attitude when trying to speak to them and I would like a sincere apology because this is just one of the incidents I have had with this company

Was pressured into a vehicle from here and decided within one week that it was not for us and we took the vehicle back in the same exact condition we took it home inThe lady at a front desk accepted the title and keys back and said she would take care of it and next thing I know we have them calling and harrasing my husband saying they are going to garnish his wages for $for the vehicle that is no longer in our possession, that we only had for days, that we paid $down for one week of having it, and that was an 04! and then after already speaking to my husband about it, they started calling our references and telling them they can't get a hold of us! Just overall a bad experience with these rude, pushy people! I will warn everyone I can about this awful place!

I had a vehicle that was almost paid offI traded it in for another and was told I could bring the $down payment when I got paidThey drafted my account for the payment on the car traded in which left me with no money to take them the down paymentBy the time they put it back in my account they had "repossessed" the new carNow they are wanting me to pay $to get the "new" car backSince the initial down payment was never made was the contract to purchase the new car even valid? The vehicle traded in was current in payments and now they're going to show me with a repo on my creditThey advertise "special finance"That's why I went to themI am a single mother of three and this has and will put a huge whole in my finances if and when they file for me to pay this repo

Reece that works in that establishment is the rudest person in the whole placeI have been a customer since June 14, I can count on only one hand the number of times I have been late with paymentsWhen I talked to her about it, I told her that they gave other people more leniency with their accounts, why not mine? She responded, "Why don't you ask THOSE PEOPLE for their ledgers and have them show you their pay history!" I will never send anyone to that place ever again!! Wish she didn't work there anymore!!

My car broke down 6x in the first months I owned it I have only miles left on the bumper to bumper warranty and asked them to take the car back and not count it as a repo bc they own the finance company If it broke down that many times its almost surely going to do it again after my warranty is up they had me pay at least 5k more than the car is worth bc of my creditif im overpaying for a car it should be dependable
ALSO ITEMS THAT WERE NEGOTIATED INTO THE CONTRACT HAVE STILL NOT BEEN FIXED
The management refused to do the right thing and let me cut ties I dont want to do business there again so I dont think I should be forced into another car from them or a repo on my record
they never even gave me a rental or loaner car any of the times it broke down

There was problem with the car that was purchased and I kept taking it in and each time they would say that they fixed certain things but never gave you any paperworkThey strung us alone until the warranty expired and then the transmission broke down and now they are charging us for another transmission

I purchased a vehicle from this business about a month agoMonthly payments were about $I had the vehicle less than a month and had not yet tagged it and made the two payments on timeI've had some financial issues come up and could no longer afford the high payments so I decided to return the vehicle to to dealershipWhen I spoke to some sort of manager about returning the vehicle he urged me not toThe conversation started with him being very polite and when I told him I could no longer afford the payments he became almost hostile towards me and said if I did not make the payments they would then repossess the vehicle themselves and charge me towing fees and threatened to garnish up to 25% of my monthly income to pay for the vehicle and pretty much refused to take it back so I just left the keys and the vehicle with himI personally feel he used threats and intimidation to try and make me keep a vehicle I could no longer afford to pay forToday I received a letter of repos

I first started doing business with Joe Cooper last year and of course I understand that these places are designed to make money off people with bad credit and since my credit isn't the highest I needed a car so I decided to give it a try I got a Chevy cobalt first and after a month and a couple weeks someone wrecked into my car luckily this woman had insurance that would cover the car and I did everything to make sure joe Cooper get paid by the insurance company and I went back all the information Joe Cooper set me up into another car a Honda accord ex at their Oklahoma city location and things went fine for about weeks then out of no where another person wrecked into this car and it was also their fault except this time this person did not have insurance and it clearly shows that the other party was responsible each time when I got this car I was told I didn't have to carry full coverage insurance that I could pay for liability and then pay an extra dollars on top of t

I came up here with a friend and had no intentions of buying a vehicle right away but I got my app submitted and then came back today and now im driving away in a car that I love the guys here made it so easy and painlessi do appreciate what they have done for me

This company's employees are extremely inconsiderate and they basically have no clue what they are doingDo not go to this dealership if you are looking for an easy friendly experience when buying a vehicle

Please/Please avoid them at all costWorst mistake of my lifePray they don't have a chance at another human beingAm thankful God is still in control, and believe what goes around comes around
