I bought a 2019 Honda CRV and within a month, someone scratched my black car. I put in a claim to Ding Monkey and they came to my house to fix it. It looks great. Really happy with the work that was done. I wish I took before and after pictures. Super glad with getting it when I bought my car.

Mr [redacted] did not buy DingMonkey protection he bought a policy from [redacted] DingMonkey was hired to assist with adjudication of the claims Mr [redacted] has filed several claims all of them have been adjudicated in accordance to the language that Mr [redacted] signed when purchasing the policy from his dealership I have provided a copy of the contract so that Mr [redacted] can refresh himself with the terms and conditions and policy limitations Mr [redacted] bought the policy 11/24/and filed claims within days The car had door dings and rock chip to the windshield All claims were adjudicated and paid for by DingMonkey In April Mr [redacted] filed a claim for bumper damage DingMonkey informs dealer that bumpers are not covered and denies claim based on the coverage agreed upon by Mr [redacted] In June of Mr [redacted] files a claim for a wheel repair and DingMonkey adjudicates the claim It was determined that the damage was caused by a car wash an Mr [redacted] was informed to contact the car wash that damaged the vehicle to assist with repair In July MrKiser reports a large star in windshield The same day DingMonkey sent an email with replacement benefit options Mr [redacted] never submitted a deductible reimbursement benefit to DingMonkey December Mr [redacted] filed a claim for right front wheel damage DingMonkey requested pictures to ensure that the damage wasn't the same wheel in a different location Mr [redacted] never submitted pictures and the claim was closed days later In March Mr [redacted] filed a claim for a dent and scuff to right quarter panel DingMonkey approved claim and assigned to [redacted] who has assisted customer on previous repairs We sent a reminder email to Mr [redacted] the same day the claim was filed with the technician information In March of Mr [redacted] filed an additional claim on the left front wheel previously denied and we informed Mr [redacted] to please see car wash for repair In April Mr [redacted] filed a door ding to the left front door and this claim was approved and assigned to [redacted] the same tech that has preformed previous work for customer In January Mr [redacted] filed a claim on a dent to the wheel well and a key replacement DingMonkey approved and assigned the claim to [redacted] the same tech that has done previous repairs for customer DingMonkey adjudicated the Key claim and determined that following the contract guidelines the claim was declined because coverage only extends to the drivers key delivered at time of delivery Customer was told to see dealership for a second key DingMonkey is willing to adjudicate and assist in any covered repair If Mr [redacted] would like to get the dents removed and have wheels repaired we are happy to assist If the customer would like to cancel the contract we are happy to offer a prorated cancelation quote Please let us know how you would like to proceedRegards, [redacted] DingMonkey

We are currently working with the customer to determine the best course of action to repair the vehicle It has been inspected by a technician and the customer was not please with the touchup preformed on the vehicle [redacted] will be taking the car into the dealership tomorrow to determine if we can assist with repairing the vehicle using not bodyshop methods I will respond again once we have more information tomorrow

*** ***, I regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a refund based on your complaint. The damage to your vehicle was caused by another vehicle bumping in it a parking lot. The damage sustained was to the plastic bumper and is not covered under your DingMonkey
protection. I have listed what is covered under your Exterior Protection for your review. I have researched all previous claims and phone calls and it is my understanding that we had some miscommunication on both ends.  Our policy clearly states that it is the customers responsibility to contact DingMonkey 30 days before or 30 days after expiration.  I understand that you paid...

money for a service that would extend past the three years and DingMonkey would like to extend a free renewal to you for an additional 3 years of coverage.  I have spoken with your son Yo Han and have confirmed that he has received the renewal for your records.  In addition I filed the claim for your windshield repair.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a technician to contact you and complete the repairs.  Please note that all future renewals will require a request form you 30 days before or 30 days after expiration.  I feel that this will satisfy your complaint.  If you need any additional assistance please contact me directly.

DingMonkey is writing in response to an unmerited claim filed with the Revdex.com.  We have a signed contract with Mrs. [redacted] that states that she understands the parameters of her DingMonkey coverage.  Mrs. [redacted] filed a claim for damage to her bumper on the 7/23/15.  Our customer service...

representative requested pictures of the damage and has them attached.  If Mrs. [redacted] is in need of a covered repair under the guidelines of coverage DingMonkey has informed her that we would arrange a technician.  She spoke with our customer service representative again on the 24th and was notified of the limitations to her coverage via email.  I have attached the corresponding claim notes for your review.  DingMonkey has done everything to provide service for covered repairs.  We are happy to refer a technician that can assist with repairs at a discounted cost or might even be able to include the repair if Mrs. [redacted] has a repair on the vertical metallic panel.  I reviewed our call log to our ###-###-#### and we didn't receive a call or a missed call on 02/04/16 as stated in the complaint.  If Mrs. [redacted] is in need of customer service she can contact me directly at ###-###-#### and press extension 2.  DingMonkey can also be reached at [email protected].  I have also called the # provided to us at the time the certificate of coverage was issued and left Mrs. [redacted] a voicemail with my direct line.  Please let me know if you need any additional information from us.

This reply does not constitute acceptance or rejection of the reply by Dingmonkey, it is merely a response and in some ways is both of the aforementioned.Thank you for providing me with the contract which: I already have. And which is the basis for my complaint. And which validates every claim that I made in my complaint.A few notes:- if claims filed within 30 are not legitimate, I suggest you make it a term of the contract. I provided pictures of the car I purchased on the lot and in pristine condition - the car wash did not damage my wheel. I damaged it at the car wash, which is no different than if I had damaged it on a curb. As would be the intent of the contract. I did provide both pictures of the damage as well as, again, pictures of the car in the condition in which it was purchased.- the windshield claim I filed but did not follow up on - the damage occurred immediately before leaving town on business. They did make an attempt to resolve, but by the time I returned the windshield was cracked across the entire surface as a result of the sun and heat, which subsequently required a replacement which was handled by my insurance.- I filed a claim for a key replacement. My claim was rejected on the basis that this is not covered by my policy. If you would please review and familiarize yourself with the document you provided in your response, tell me again what exactly is not covered by my policy about getting a key replaced.As mentioned this is both an acceptance and rejection of the claims made in the response by Dingmonkey. I accept their offer for resolution, but I absolutely reject many of the claims that they made in their response. Please contact me, and let's try to work out a zero sum resolution for both parties.

Response to [redacted] complaint:The Protection Program has an effective date and expiration date of coverage. The protection can be renewed for the entire ownership of the vehicle every 3 years.  The renewal is $99 a year up to 3 years and so on.  If [redacted] has documentation from...

DingMonkey waiving this fee, he can provide the documentation and we will honor the extension. In addition, the dollar amount we collect is only for administering the program and is considerably less than an original purchase of coverage or any industry standards of extensions of coverage. We offer a bundle of great benefits and go over and beyond when it comes to the level of satisfaction as well as questionable/grey area claim requests. Mr. [redacted] has filed 3 claims since the purchase of his vehicle and all of them were approved repaired and paid. See attachment.It is unbelievable to see these types of examples when we provide the service over and beyond the written language in the certificate. People need to read the language, its the only proof of limits of coverage.  However as I said before, we always try to take care of the customer instead of trying to find a way to deny.  Mr. [redacted] said "I hop this is not a fraud", but forgot to mention he received services on 3 different occasions with multiple types of damages to his vehicle.  Fraud? ...........?claims filed and fulfilled.

To Whom This May Concern,Mr. [redacted] F. [redacted] attempted to contact customer service yesterday.  Our customer service representatives were busy assisting other customers and returning calls from the weekend.  Mr. [redacted] was unable to complete his claim online due to unknown...

circumstances.  We have run diagnostics of the online claims processing system and the system is working properly on our end.  Mr.  [redacted] left a voicemail at 11:25 Eastern and his call was returned by our customer service representative at 1:14.  Our customer service representative completed his claim and assigned the claim to Safelite for repair.  Safelite called the customer and left a message for Mr. [redacted] to schedule the repair at 4:38.  DingMonkey has done everything we could do to assist Mr. [redacted] with repair and feel that this complaint is not a valid complaint.  DingMonkey has honored the contract.  If Mr. [redacted] needs further assistance please contact me directly at ###-###-#### or [redacted].

The result is not satisfactory. I was told that the contract would be renewed for free for the lifetime of the vehicle.
