Rented a transit van on July 3rd with an additional driverWhen we took the rental van, the rep mentioned that Zero Deductible insurance and hence we took the full coverage insuranceDuring the conversation the rep mentioned that if we take the full coverage insurance, they will provide free additional driver can be included with the rentalWe have reiterated about zero deductible several times during our stay at their officeWe signed on the sign pad (not document), based on what representative mentioned orally related to zero deductible insuranceBut our bad luck is after printing the document, we did not check as we believed in Representative wordsIn fact we had a conversation while at drivo office on it and Candy (the representative) clearly mentioned not to worry under any circumstances as we are fully coveredEven when they are taking the video of the van, we discussed about it During the rental we encountered a small scratch at parking lot in Washington DCWhen we re

I rented a Economy rental car through ***The quote was for $which clearly says "this total price includes all mandatory taxes and fees" When I picked up the car Economy added an additional service fee (for not using their insurance) which more than doubled my "total price" to $
I was charged for a rental with unlimited mileage
Paid with debit card onlineCash was deducted immediately on 3/30/at rental agency they would not give us the unlimited mileage although we offered additional major credit card as requirement for rental agreementThey refused to honor unlimited mileage so we cancelled the transaction immediatelyI have been made several promises and am still waiting on 5/25/for reimbursementDate of transaction 3/30/Itenary *** *** * *** *** amount $
