Good Morning - My apologies a representative has not respondedI have Megan reaching out to confirm the shipping address this morningWe show the following details on this order: Order Placed: November 25, 2016, Product: One Hard Cover Storybook, Order Email: [redacted] Shipping Address as entered in our system: [redacted] Delivery Information: December 13, 2016, 10:am Delivered, Garage or Other Location at Address [redacted] [redacted] Tracking Number: [redacted] If the address is accurate this package appears to have been stolen from the recipient home as it does show deliveredWe will arrange a replacement order.Thank you,Jennifer

To Whom It Concerns at Revdex.com and to *** (customer) - In following up on this complaint notification I do show that a full refund for *** has been issued in the amount of $and I have attached a screenshot of the refund from PayPalI also do see that *** did write in on the
dates she outlines in complaint above and the rep that assisted her did not give her accurate informationShe ordered her books in plenty of time to have receive them before the holiday rush went into full swingThe order failed to render in our system (which I am not exactly sure why) and it did not make it to our production queuesHad the customer service representative completed the proper research they should have been able to find the system error and correct the issue when *** first contacted usIn addition to her refund I will be contacting her offline to have her order resubmitted and shipped out to her at no charge.Thank you,Jennifer L***Dinkleboo USA***
