Dear [redacted] ,We are sorry that you are displeased, But unfortunately as [redacted] told you, we are a very busy company as it is close to the end of the year and once we where in that area (which we have not been for sometime) we will give you a call and come fix it, as well as refund youWe sent you a check refunded for $[redacted] did not tell you to not call the office again, he stated to please just call him on his cell so that you can talk to him directly.Everything seemed compliant after the callHe had not received any call from you after that.As we had informed you, we have not forgotten you and have been working on trying to clear a spot to come see you, [redacted] asked you to please bear with us and you kindly agreed.Again we apologize that you have been waiting the time frame you have, and we are doing the best we canAs promised, we sent you a full refund for the sum of $check number We just ask that you please have a little patience with us, while we fit you into our busy end of the year schedule.We thank you whole heartedly for you patience
