HelloYou stated that your daughter filed a complaint on your behalfI just wanted to clarify that we had never received your online order with the credit card information which is why your credit card had not been chargedWhen we spoke on the phone, I had informed you that we did not receive the order, and could not, and did not process your credit card for the $I stated that the issue was being looked into as to why we had not received the actual credit card orderWe sent it over to our webmaster, who referred it to his tech support teamLast week On Jan11th, when the webmaster contacted us with an explanation as to what may of caused us to not receive your order, I called you right away to let you know, at which time you stated that your daughter had already filed a complaintI sent you and your daughter a copy of the statement from the webmaster explaining what may have caused the issue (please see below).You then decided to place the order over the phone, so we took the order, processed your card, and shipped the book to you by the next day, via [redacted] First Class MailPrior to filing a complaint, since your card was not charged, your options would have been to cancel the "order", place the order over the phone, or purchase the book at any of our over retail locationsSo again, your credit had NOT been charged from the time that you initially placed the order on line, until you had given me the card information over the phone last week"My support found that these yahoo addresses were quarantined as spamYahoo email addresses are notorious for being blockedWe have upgraded the server to white list messages coming from these servicesI am also going to put a note on the email and page confirmation"Please note customers who use yahoo, occasionally get blocked as spamWe make every effort to prevent this and have updated our servers to white list these services, however some of these triggers are from spam blocking list that are beyond our controlPlease contact us directly should your order not arrive in a timely manner." I have seen these types of notes, especially about yahoo users, on other website as wellYahoo has been hacked so many times that there is a lot of blocks on their email users."Thank you [redacted] ***Dinner For Two
