I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.If Dinners Done Right continues the practice, I will notify the City that you are ignoring the No Solicitation signs.  This is not just about me which is why I did not give my address.  You should respect the No Solicitation signs posted on the doors in the neighborhoods.

Dear Revdex.com & Complainant,Dinners Done Right has been in business for 12 years, and in that time, we have a person whom delivers (each month) Dinners Done Right flyers along with other marketing materials from local businesses (Dupont Hometown Newsletter) to local families in Dupont community....

  I did receive a complaint via email on April 26, 2016, asking to please stop leaving DDR flyers on their porch from the complainant.   I asked the complainant for their address, and it was sent to Dinners Done Right.I notified the person that delivers my DDR menu flyers, and he noted the address of the complainant, and assured me he would NOT deliver to this address again.   On April 28, 2016 Dinners Done Right responded to the complainant:Hi (Complainant Name)I would like to apologize for having flyers put on your door step without your approval.  Can you send me your address in Dupont, so I can make sure this doesn't happen again.  I would like to extend my apology, if you would like to stop by our store (Dinners Done Right) and pick up a FREE meal.  Thank you for letting me know.  Have a great day. Thank You, Valerie K[redacted]Dinners Done Right8640 Martin Way East Suite H & ILacey WA 98516360-438-8463www.DinnersDoneRight.com Unfortunately, looks like a DDR flyer was delivered to the address, and again, and we apologize.  I do understand your frustration, as if I had a flyer left at my home, when I travel and would not be home, I to would be upset and log a complaint as well.   I have again contacted the person whom delivers the flyers to your home, and have asked not deliver to your neighborhood to assure compliance. We apologize for this delivery mistake.  I hope you accept our apology.  We are a small business, and try to keep our marketing costs down.  Dinners Done Right does great things for our community helping family's that can't prepare there meals, as we prepare them at no additional assembly free, and sometimes deliver the meals to customers whom don't have transportation.  DDR also donate to a lot of Gift Certificates to charitable auctions within the county.   Sincerely,Valerie K[redacted] Dinners Done Right360-438-8463
