icy blonde would be difficult to achieve because of the heavy deposit nature of box dyeWe don't expect our clients to understand the science of hair color but you do have to understand that it is a chemical process and it will take time and money to reach the desired resultBox dye is usually $and minutes, however professional services are much different*** told you the price of a single process color treatment, which starts at $(our website clearly states that all prices are starting points)Because of the box color already in your hair, and the nature of your request, you should have been charged for color correction (which starts at $an hour for a junior stylist) and then for a two process color treatment ($96)You were only charged for the two color process and *** gave you a 50% discount on the second, which we believe was incredibly generousThen, instead of calling the salon to discuss your unsatisfactory service, you gave us a terrible review online (we would also like to add that your stylist, *** ended up quitting, partially because of the hurtful comments you made on her personal ***)You stated in your review that you wanted "some type of refund" and we immediately reached out to make an appointment to fix your hairMost salons have the policy if you don't like your hair, you can go back to have it fixed, free of chargeWhen you made your second appointment you stated that you wanted to change your hair back to the original brown colorIf you wanted to correct the ombre, that's what we would have doneYou never asked directly for a refundWe were under the impression that you were pleased with your hair when you left after the second appointmentFrankly, we believe we have done everything to rectify the situationHopefully you can see our point of view and understand that we will not be refunding the $or compensating you for your time.
