It started with my first time contacting Guys Moving I spoke with Richard; very professional and courteous He suggested we set up a date for him to view the inventory in person prior to the actual moving date I was impressed I have moved a few times, and never once, has that been suggested My move was from Tampa to Miami The day of moving, I received many updates from the moving guys I was not in Tampa at the time I was receiving phonecalls and texts informing me of their progress The movers would not hesitate to contact me with any questions I appreciated that Arriving in Miami, I met Chris and Nate I can't say enough great things about them They have shown such maturity and professionalism for their young age They took "great" care with all of my belongings In the end, Chris took his time explaining the details of my bill In addition, there was a discount given to me for the packaging material I ended up paying about $less than the original quote I was so impressed by this company, that writing this review was the first thing I did when I came home This move happened today, 1/9/ I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a "stress-free" move :)

The whole experience was great I made the arrangements for a family member about 7-days out from the move date Everyone I dealt with through phone calls was very professional and accomodating The day of the move family was notified about minutes prior to the team's arrival Everything went really smoothy Family was very impressed by the professionalism and the efficiency of the team To quote one of the inidviduals that was part of the family moving "They did in hours what would have taken me and my friends all day or more They were in and out of the old place in record time At the new place, the got everything where we wanted and even moved a few pieces when they heard us mention that we didn't like our initial setup They were great!" Thanks Will be recommending to anyone I know that is moving

On 6/9/a team (Kim & Tara) came and packed my entire apartment then on 6/10/my belongings were moved by Guys Moving team (Jon, Steven,& Ray) it was the smoothest move l have ever hadEverything was handled in a professional mannerI would highly recommend them go anyoneI will be using them for all my future moved

I am very pleased with my moving experience with Guys MovingI arranged to have all of the large furniture moved by Guys Moving on June 2, I was quoted hrs for all of the loading and unloadingThe guys came to my house very early and started right awayRobert was the lead and he had Brian and Joe alsoThey worked furiously and got everything packed upWhen we arrived at the destination, they methodically unloaded as fast as they could...but I went over my hr windowRobert (Bob) reassured me that they would finish the jobThere was a lot of glass in my curio and China cabinets that I was worried aboutOut of all of that there was only one glass brokenIt was repaired and returned to me the next day
The manager, Jay D, is very helpfulHe made sure that I was comfortable with the move and getting my glass backI will defbe using Guys Moving for all of my moves in the future
Contacted Guys Moving to help us move from our rental home in Palmetto to our new home in ParrishTeri Ann came out, assessed our furniture, and later provided a quoteShe did an excellent jobWe electronically approved the quote and waited for moving dayWhen no one arrived at the stated time in the contract, we called 3Guys and asked where the moving guys wereTheir response was they didn't have us on the schedule for that dayWhen asked why, they stated that after we signed the contract, we were supposed to call Guys and actually scheduleThis was our fault because we assumed a contract meant they would show up on the day and time specified in the contractOn the other hand, they have some quality issues since they should have called us when we didn't call themThey initially asked if we could wait a day for them to get guys out to do the move, but unfortunately we were committed to moving that day onlyThey agreed to try and get a team to our house that day, and to their credit they had a team of guys at our door within hoursJason and Marcus really hustled and completed the job in a little over hours when the original estimate was for guys and hours Our bill was half what was expected, so in the end they made good, but it was highly stressful and it remains a mystery why they expect people to call them to schedule after a contract is signed for a specific day and time already
