I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID
***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me As long as the business keeps this commitment Dino was scheduled to come out on Friday, 10/30/15, however there was no show and no call After Dino received our complaint from the Revdex.com he stated that he would come on Tuesday (11/10) to fix the issue At this time the issue has not been resolved but there is a plan in place If he does not keep his commitment I will contact the Revdex.com to reopen this matter

Revdex.com spoke with Dino who advised that he has been in touch with this consumer and there is a plan in place to fix the ridge vent,with a new fox ridge which will resolve their concerns
