I gave Dino $1,January 5th, to do some cement workHe told me on February 18th he would complete the work in a month or so, maybe longer, maybe soonerAs of today, he hasn't called to schedule the work he promisedHe has failed to complete said work in a reasonable amount of timeI want my money back so I can hire someone to actually do said work
