I was very happy with the Tyler, TX sales department, but it ends thereAfter buying two RVs from Southern RV and having nothing but nightmares dealing with the service department, I wouldn't recommend them to anyoneFirst it takes WEEKS to get a service appointment then the service department keeps your RV for weeks at a time only to tell you they have to order parts then the process starts over! To top that off you get rude treatment with no follow through
Don't stand behind what they sell and further more neither does the manufacturer of their fifth wheelswe purchased a brand new fifth wheel and paid cashHave found so many things wrong with this fifth wheelWe have had it at an authorized dealer for repairs for more than a month now, still don't know when we will be getting it back, we are having to stay in a hotel now getting very expensiveHalf of the repairs are not covered under the warrantyMy advice spend the whole day going over everything take pictures and document everything immediately, because they will use this against you if you don't, saying that it was your fault!! In my opinion this fifth wheel was a lemon before we purchased it and they knew itThe dealer and manufacturer keep passing the buck as to who is responsible and finally say sorry S O LWe have only owned this fifth wheel for six months and only towed it twice
