The response is untrue, dishonest and the business owner describes the situation here in a completely different lightThey never offered me any discount or negotiation, plus they refused to give a service when I asked for the price listThey refused to show their price list. Also I was never informed by Revdex.com that my complaint would be submitted to the business itselfI have only asked that you inspect their business, transparency and ensure visible display of pricing, which the business does not have. This clearly doesn't resolve anything for me nor other customers who are being deceived I the same way.? ? ? ? ? I deeply regret *** ***'s experience as it is always the business' priority to offer exemplary service and ensure positive customer satisfactionThe incident is based on the following
situation: *** ***'s husband brought pairs of his shoes for soles, heels, insoles (the inner part of the shoe) and to refurbish the scratched toesThe husband paid the same dayA few days later he came in with his wife claiming it was too expensiveWe gave them a discount, but that was not enough because the wife was claiming that she can do the job in Italy for $We gave them a full refund without arguingAs with any service based business that requires repair, no job is created equal and is evaluated at the time a customer enters the store and requests a repairThe business model is simple as we offer a quote upfront before repair and customer has the choice to accept the terms or take their business elsewhereTo accuse us of dishonesty, lacking transparency and being "pushy" is somewhat surprising as we have no marketing or offer any solicitation of any kind and rely solely on word and mouth and reputationAs for transparency I don't know how clearer we can be when a customer enters the store, we evaluate the job and provide a quoteIf they do not agree with the price, we never force the issue and customer has every right to go elsewhereDespite full refund, she was persistent and loud because she wanted the job done on our premises for $Dishonesty is to quote her a price and charge her something differentThat was never done and her husband is a witness
