I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...
[redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as the business keeps this commitment. Dino was scheduled to come out on Friday, 10/30/15, however there was no show and no call. After Dino received our complaint from the Revdex.com he stated that he would come on Tuesday (11/10) to fix the issue. At this time the issue has not been resolved but there is a plan in place. If he does not keep his commitment. I will contact the Revdex.com to reopen this matter.
