I would like to apologize for the inconvenience to MrReid [redacted] Last year we had issues with our scheduling of jobsWe are in the process of replacing the old system with more up to date computer software so this is not an issue againAs well as weather delaysNeither of these were Mr [redacted] 's fault and I am sorry that he was affected by this.The job located at [redacted] will be completed by June l , I will be making sure his requests in the complaint are addressed.If I can be of any other service please feel free to contact me
