At this time, I have been contacted directly by Alpine Chimney Sweeps Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Alpine called trying to schedule an appointment with meI told them I already had someone else do the job since it was over a month and a half since my first contact with themI told them I wanted them a credit of $1,to my credit card since they did not do the jobI am still getting the run aroundSomeone is always suppose to call me back but they never do, so to date they have not credited my account In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

month and a half since my first contact with them. I told them I wanted them a credit of $1,400 to my credit card since they did not do the job. I am still getting the run around. Someone is always suppose to call me back but they never do, so to date they have not credited my account.
