I have spoken to [redacted] and expressed our apologies for the late response to his concerns.   I assured Mr[redacted] that we will purchase the space at Queen of Heaven Cemetery back from him, minus the administrative fees he previously understood we will charge.    Mr[redacted] expressed his gratitude that we are addressing his concerns and will buy his space back before he moves to New York state. We have sent the paperwork we need completed to him for signature and upon receipt, will expedite issuing the payment to him. If you have any further questions or need further detail, please do not hesitate to call me at [redacted]  Rich C[redacted]Cemetery ManagerSt Francis Catholic CemeteryPhone: [redacted][email protected]

In reference ti complaint [redacted] and # 1[redacted] I met and spoke to Rich C[redacted] on Feb 22. 2016 at his office. We agreed to a price of $6100.00 to be refunded to me. the same day I signed and had notarized a form called ( Assignment of burial rights) This form I was told by Rich had to be signed before , I could get payment . Review: Bought a single crypt mausoleum back in 2008 from Queen of Heaven Mortuary in Mesa Az . I, was told at time of purchase that , If I ever changed my mind about the purchase, that the Diocese of Phoenix . who runs the cemetery would buy it back from me at the same price I paid, minus a small paperwork fee. Today , I have no need for the purchased single crypt, since I will be moving to another state. I contacted Queen of Heaven Cemetery, and was told that their policy of buying back crypts has changed. They no longer buy them back.Desired Settlement: A complete refund , minus a small paperwork fee. I was never contacted at anytime about their change in policy. They could have or should have started that policy of not buying back crypts , starting with new purchases as of a certain date. That would have been more

fair . Not, to just stop it on every purchase made, period. I am sure, I am not the only person with this problem.
