I called the listed number three times over the course of a week to schedule an appointment. The company never answers their phone and never calls back. Its impossible to schedule an appointment. Calls to their office went unreturned and they sure as the world have not given me any form of reimbursement. I purchased the voucher thru [redacted] and expected them to handle the refund. To my dismay they have been as unresponsive as Dion's in dealing with my complaint. So at this moment neither Dion's nor [redacted] have done anything to resolve this issue.

Can't reach anyone, can't schedule an appointment, can't get a refund!Like many others who seems to have this same problem, I purchased a [redacted] Deal for gutter cleanings with Dion's. The voucher was marked completed before I ever even phoned the company, making it unavailable to request a refund from [redacted]. I tried their website, it no longer works. I've called the number and its a very unprofessional contact. The voicemail does not even state its a company. I left messages and no one would return my call. I then called [redacted] whose customer service is TERRIBLE. Was on the phone on hold for over an hour. The lady told me they'd reach out to the company and then "unmark" the voucher. This was never done. The company did call me back and asked me to "Text" my address information to them if I got the voicemail again. I don't think so. So I've called several more times and still get voicemail each time. I want my money back. I don't trust these people to provide a service to me.Desired SettlementI want my money back. Either unmark the voucher so I can request it from [redacted] or to send me the money directly (which would be preferable so I don't have to deal with ** any more). After he and his team member left, I found that they did not complete the job. My gutter in the left rear of my home was never touched. As well as they were not rinsed out and they never got on the roof. I called and spoke to [redacted] that stated he would personally get someone out to finsih the job and would also give me another gutter cleaning free. I have called and texted every week for the past two months and I do not get a response, as well as, not one has been back to finish the job. All I am asking for is the job to be completed as stated or issue me a refund so I am able to get a company out to complete the job they were suppose to complete back in Feb 2016.Desired SettlementPlease finish the job, or submit me a refund of $100 for not completing the job as was described.Business Response Hello in regards to the customer [redacted]. company is a scamBought Amazon Local voucher for 3000 sq ft home for gutter cleaning. Showed up and said shingle dust cleaning would be extra $40. We have a new home, so I agreed. They would only accept cash or Paypal. Got home from the bank and they were done after 15 min. Paid extra and they bolted. Checked second story gutters and they were not touched. Checked front of the house and only lower gutter cleaned. Will not pick take phone calls even after sending pictures. Did not clean front windows well & blocked my calls! I enlisted the services of the business by calling from on Living Social ad to check scheduling. Dion told me he would honor the advertised promotion and I could pay him when he came out to do the work. I got the $99 special for 20 windows cleaning and our gutters for $60. Gutters were fine even they left a mess all over the rear. Dion cashed my check that afternoon for $230 (I had extra windows done in addition to the special) and I had given another check made out to workers [redacted] (another cousin of Dion's as a tip for him) and the young man that was with him. Dion scratched out [redacted]'s name on the $20 tip check and inserted his name. However, the windows were not cleaned well and the main large window in front of my house was particularly not cleaned thoroughly. I called to advised and the person (can't remember his name but he is Dion's cousin) said we will put you on the schedule to come out and re-clean the large window. No one showed up or called me back so I called again and I got Dion who said he be out on Friday at 10 am. Needless to say, he never showed up so I called and left a couple messages. The last time I called it appeared that my call was blocked and no one ever called me back! This business is not legitimate and is an apparent side business for Dion [redacted]. All I asked was that they come back and thoroughly clean the main front window but instead they blocked my phone numbers. Businesses like this need to be stopped. Based on other complaints listed here it seems he has continued to give poor services. I was trying to help a small business owner out but I have learned a costly lesson. Desired SettlementI would love for this to be a simple resolve of just cleaning my front window, but I do not trust they will do this and believe they will deny this ever happened. Therefore I believe I deserve a partial refund for the uncleaned large front window. But I truly don't think that will happen. Business Response We've recently took care of the issue at hand. I am really saddened to know that the respondent would further damage their own credibility with a false answer to this bureau. I have not been able to contact this vendor to make good on an already paid gutter cleaning service. On July 8, 2016 I purchased a $45.00 gutter cleaning service with Dion Residential and Commercial Services thru a '[redacted]' offer.Despite repeated attempts, I have not been able to contact this vendor, nor have I received a call back. I would like my $45.00 returned.Desired SettlementI have made repeated attempts to contact this vendor- I would like my $45.00 refunded. I no longer have any confidence in this vendor's ability to do the job- terrible business ethics.
