I called for a appointment on Thursday and they quoted me a price over the phone for the services I wanted I could not make it on Thursday but came in on Saturday and talked with *** *** *** and she gave me a different price than she told me over the phone I was told and when I arrived she said I agreed to the price anyway but I made her aware that she changed the price She did really give a answer why she changed the price I needed my hair braided so I agreed I went to purchase the hair from a hair supplier and returned When I returned I asked the lady braiding my hair (***) if she was able to do my hair the way I asked and she replied yes I explained if you can't let me know and I will choose something else She said I can do it I sat in the chair for hours and my hair was horrible The owner *** said
