Review: I am processing a complaint with [redacted] and have requested the [redacted], to assist me in attempts at a professional resolution with you. The check provided had the contact info blacked out and was named "Ripton Properties" but I dealt with you. So I do not know who Ripton Properties is.I have a issue with your dishonest and unethical business practices. In how you handled this whole matter. Which is unfortunate. If you wish to contact me, please do so via my email address at [redacted].The remaining balance by my record of what you owe to me is $945.00 plus interest of the past year (security deposit). You conveniently did not have a move in/move out inspection report which was your responsibility to provide on May 31, 2014. I have pictures of the entire townhouse from when we left including the stairwell in question which we know did not cost $650.00 to repair for minor scratches. Plus, the agreement we made verbally and via text message for splitting the cost of the stove. At $250.00 each. [redacted]harge for $38.00 (completely random charge, for what?).You stated in your last text message that you revoked the agreement for the stove. Plus charged me $650.00. So, in reality you are stating you are charging me $ 900.00 for drywall repair on stairwell. 650 + 250. To just produce a invoice and give me ridiculous charges, over 30 days after the move out, after not providing a inspection report. I do not know what damages were done after I left. Extremely unprofessional.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Remaining deposit of 945.00.
