DiOrio's Pizza & Pub

I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] submitted by [redacted] to DiOrio's Pizza.  Two of the owners have called [redacted] and left messages to resolve the situation and they have not called them back.  The owners have also spoken with both managers who both say they are not aware...

of this incident so we're not sure who they have spoken with at the restaurant.  There were never any messages given to the managers or owners about the incident either.  We have checked our POS system not only for Feb. 21 but also the days before and after for this particular order and it doesn't exist in the system at all. They claim we stopped delivering at 2:00 am instead of 4:00 am because of the weather but the fact is we do not and have never delivered past 2:00 am.  They also claim that they have tried tweeting us.  There is no one that receives tweets so that explains why they didn't get a response from Twitter.  We actively use our Facebook page and if they would have sent a message via Facebook it would've been addressed immediately.  We will gladly reimburse them for the charges but they have not returned our call.
