I rented a home from [redacted] REALTY, and lived there for one yearI am sorry I signed a lease for that longThese people that run this bussines are un-educated, do not know there are TENANT rights or LANDLORD obligations, nor do they care, AT ALLThey do whatever, whenever they chooseThe lease we signed was a JOKE,anyways, and my bad for signing it without reading it well, but the LAND MANAGER, [redacted] likes to send emails and make changes to it, ALL THE TIMEThis company is ALL about the owner, therefore any repairs you ask for, well, they are either ignored or they send some intoxicated guy they hired off the corner to come "FIX", the issue,,example the floor in the bathroom of the mobile home we were in, had a previous water leak and they NEVER repaired the floor ,,so months after we were in there, it collapsed and they sent a drunk guy over to put a piece of plywwod over it,,it sat there for weeks before we moved out, NEVER once did ANYONE from DIPESO come look at this, or repair it properly, the wood this non-licensed repair man , LAYED over the hole, easnt secured down in any way and was one inch thick, so mre and my DISABLED wife contiuned to trip over it, she cut her toe on it at one timeThese people think they can lie thier way out of anything, but, heres a tip, KEEP EVERY EMAIL you send them, you see, they arent smart enough to remeber what they tell tou, even if you have PROOF,they deny, deny,deny,,but, we will be seeing them in court as we have a case filed already with the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, and we cant wait to show them all we have...even though we are moving out of state, we are retired, and have NOTHING BUT TIME, and are very capable of returning for any court dateBE WARE, of these thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am concerned about the lack of ethics demonstrated by this realtor and am therefore sharing my story with you
I put in an offer to purchase this house on Friday, June 13, with a return date of June 14th, On the evening of June 13th I received a "verbal" acceptance of my offer as the realtor did not live I the same town as the seller I would not be able to have a signed contract until the following Monday, June 16th, three days post acceptance
I then received a counter offer and "as is" addendum dated June 16th, three days after my offer had been verbally accepted The counter offer and addendum substantially changed the terms of the agreement I had with the seller
While out at the property my realtor informed me that *** phoned while my realtor was in route to the property to say that she had received an "all cash" offer and that my counter offer and "as is" addendum had not been returned in time We arranged to have the forms resent to *** When I called home I was advised that the counter offer was deadlines at June 19th and today is only June 18th
I am sorry but I do not believe that the DiPeso group has behaved in an ethical manner during this transaction Should there be any additional problems I will likely seek legal recourse
