As a business owner myself I find it hard to find time to do things like leave reviews. Now and then I feel really compelled to. This is one of those times. This year I have had the pleasure to work with Tom and his team of foremen and workers of all levels. They worked hard several times on multiple projects and will continue to do so. Projects from a major patio garden with pillars, patio blocks, and a wood top with netting to keep the birds out, to every day weed pulling and yard maintenance. To adding a fence gate, platting hundreds of flowers and a few trees, trimming with care and design, and even working with the local nursery to get the exact gardening products I wanted. Daily I was happy with their work, and if I had a concern, Tom addressed it with LOVE! That gentleman really cares about people. He cares about his team of people working for him as much as he loves his customers. That is extremely rare in today’s world. I doubt anyone else combines his love of people and what he does with exceptional craftsmanship. When God made Tom, He created a steward of His love. This is why I took the time to leave this review.

Our yard was a terrible mess from the winter. The crew showed up around 9:00 AM and worked till 4:00 PM. They were very courteous and did an excellent job. Our place looks fabulous. If you need quality work done at a fair price, please call them.

Review: [redacted] designed and installed a wall and pond that are and have fallen apart, I have pictures to show the poor workmanship. [redacted] has said that he will come to repair the pond that he stated he did incorrectly. and the walls when his crew built them they were not certified, he did not tell me at the time of the install. He said he was listed with the Revdex.com and was insured. For the past 4 going on 5 years [redacted] says he will come to fix the problems and he even had me have the one wall taken down and told me his crew would be here to fix, he never showed up. It is April and I have not heard from him and he doesn't answer my calls. He wanted to charge me to fix the job and said I owed him money and was willing to fix the walls and pond for 800.00 dollars, I think since [redacted] has stated he was not certified at time of install and now he is,then he should in good faith fix his work. [redacted] has made sure that my 5 year warranty is over. I filed a complaint and he called me and said he would be here to fix my issues and he never followed through with his promises. If [redacted] should call I will not drop my complaint until everything is fixed, I do not want this to happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: [redacted] needs to fix my walls and pond under his warranty. I just want my yard fixed. I can send pictures of the poor workmanship so no one else experiences the same treatment that I have received from [redacted]. He stated that he wanted to help me out but it would cost me to fix his job. I do not think I should pay for the labor to repair his mistakes. He states the wall block was incorrect for the job, why didn't he say that before he made the flower beds? Now he claims its my fault. I will not drop my complaint until this is completely resolved. This problem has been going on for 4 years I just want [redacted] to fix my yard. Can you please help me. Thank you.
