To Whom it May Concern, We are disappointed to hear Mr [redacted] is displeased with our service We completed a project for him on 11/which was paid and delivered as promised There was no reason for a discounted amount to be applied to the invoice Our current project was discussed and proper expectations were set It was stated when the deposit was taken that completion of this project could take up to weeks We always try to meet customer deadlines such as car shows and other events Due to the hydrographics process ample time is needed to complete the project properly I have attached both invoices showing each project has an expectation of weeks to complete In this industry unfortunately there are no set completion dates and turn times must be flexible We did such a great job on Mr [redacted] first project he decided to use our services again We have tried to fulfill his expectations for the second project and unfortunately we have not been able to To resolve this complaint we are going to do the following:We have refunded back Mr [redacted] deposit of $ - the paid transaction receipt has been attached to this invoiceWe will ship the pieces associated with this project to the customers home immediately We would be more than willing to refer Mr [redacted] to another hydrographics shop capable of meeting his expectations.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter
