Dear Mr. [redacted], It is to my understanding that you were contacted by Redstone Payment Solutions to discuss your concerns and your dispute has been resolved to your satisfaction.  We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Redstone Payment Solutions has contacted the client and the concern has been resolved to the clients satisfaction.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. You have not addressed why you were making illegal phone calls to individuals. Well you may have removed my number, how many thousands or tens of thousands of other businesses are you calling illegally? There is a lot about this, you are violating it, and you apparently made no effort to correct your unlawful actions. I would be much happier to hear from you that you will cease calling people who are listed on the national do not call list, and that you would follow the law which requires that you must have an established business relationship with the person being called within the last three years. I don't think it's enough that when you were caught violating the law you simply exclude the one person who took the effort to complain. Remove everybody and don't call people on the do not call list.
Regards,

Mr. [redacted], As mentioned in response to your initial complaint, Redstone has not had any issues with the phones as your original complaint states.  The phones were working on the date (120916) of your complaint and there have been no issues before or after that date.  The only way that Redstone knew that you were disgruntled, is because you filed a complaint.   We feel the complaint is unjust because the phones have not been down and Redstone takes customer service very seriously, at all times.   Customer service is a priority and that is the reason you were immediately contacted when we received the notice.  You were contacted from our office and advised that the phones were not down and we had been receiving calls without issue.  When you were asked for the reason of your call, we were told that your terminal was not getting power to it.  After several unsuccessful steps, you stated the light was lit on the power-pack but power was not reaching your terminal.  Redstone then offered you a free replacement terminal, which you refused and stated that your brother, who is an electrician, would look at it because it has not worked in over a week.  At that time, you were informed that there had been no processing on your account since October 30 2016.  Based on the information received during that conversation, it was determined that you had switched processors and there were still nine months remaining in your agreement with RPS.  Section 17 of the agreement covers the exclusivity statement regarding more than one processor, which results in a breach of agreement.   Therefore, due to the breach of agreement an early termination fee is warranted and you have since rejected that fee from your bank.  The early termination fee was rejected from your bank on 122016 and has NOT been collected.  In your statement you mentioned that, “as a businessman you have the right to select a processor to use and when not to use”, RPS can respect your how you feel but also, as a businessman, it should be understood that when a client signs an agreement, you expect them to abide by the terms, as in your own business.    Therefore, as a result of the differences, the early termination fee has been forwarded to collections for processing, as a valid fee.  After several attempts to resolve without compromise or resolution and after explaining that the only way to avoid the fee would be to complete your processing agreement, Redstone Payment Solutions considers this issue closed.   Customer Service is very important to Redstone and we make every effort to ensure that our merchants needs are resolved as quickly as possible, which we attempted to do in this instance but you refused.

Ms. [redacted] signed a three year agreement with Redstone Payment Solutions on April 5, 2013, for two businesses, Gabe's Services and American Truck Services.  The accounts were approved on April 16, 2013.  The terms disclosed a three year term with a 1 year auto renewal.  The...

initial term expired April 2016; both accounts stopped processing within the first week of June 2016.  Ms. [redacted] contacted Redstone on August to close the accounts and was advised the she was in breach of the agreement and an early termination fee was due.  The early termination fee was charged in August 2016 based on the number of months remaining in the agreement that was to expire in April 2017.  Being that both accounts were in breach and in violation of the merchant agreement, both were charged the penalty as listed in the guidelines of the stated agreement.

After researching our system, it has been confirmed that the phone numbers provided in this complaint were not located in our system.  The contact name was located associated with a different number and a business of [redacted] Management.  Now that we have received this request with the...

additional information, we have added it to our "do not call" list.    We apologize for any inconvenience.

Regards,
Let's get one thing perfectly clear.  I did not discontinue service with Redstone.  Redstone discontinued their service with me, therefore this fee is bogus.  In regards to phone service, you are correct that we did not have phone problems, but we did have terminal problems which was later discovered to be electrical.  As far as not having any transactions for the period of time you claim, that is possible.  We do not receive Credit card transactions on a daily basis.  It is quite possible we did not receive any for weeks.  Once again I DID NOT terminate my service with Redstone.  Redstone DID terminate their service with me.

Revdex.com:
[redacted] Management has not been in business for four years. This phone number is on the national do-not-call list and rings into my home. There is simply no justification for calling me, much less for doing so repeatedly. There cannot be an "ongoing business relationship" with a company that has not existed for three years. There can be no excuse for calling numbers on the national Do-Not-Call list. Further, this is not the first time that this company has called and has been asked to remove this number from their list. These calls are illegal under the CAN SPAM act.I am entitled to a $500 payment for each illegal call. But more than that, repeated promises to not call, and then to just call again should not result in their maintaining an "A" rating by the Revdex.com.

Mr. [redacted],
 Thank you for your
feedback.  As mentioned in the previous response, Redstone reviewed our records
and removed the contact information that was listed for [redacted] Company.
RPS also added your name and the contact phone numbers that were provided by you, to our Do Not Call List.
Our records indicate
that your number was called once and when the request was made to remove your
information from our system, we fulfilled your request.  Please note that
we take your concerns seriously and make every effort to complete accordingly.   Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience to you and confirm that
your information is no longer a part of our call system.
 Regards,
