DipYourCar.com is UNABLE or UNWILLING to handle cancellations, even if you cancel your order 5 seconds after placing your order. I made a purchase from them before asking local friends if they had what I needed. Turns out they did, so a quick email to cancel the order and we should be golden, right? WRONG! They emailed AFTER it was shipped saying "we can't cancel it now, it's already shipped" but my order was placed at 1:04am, and my cancellation email was sent at 1:05am. They had more than enough time to cancel my order. After refusing, they offered to let me pay for shipping for nothing. How generous of them. I would recommend buying from Amazon or somewhere local and avoid these guys at all costs! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
