I ORDERED AND EXPECTED TO GET IT ON TIME , WHICH I DID, BUT DID NOT RECEIVED THE COMPLETE ORDER, COUPLE OF ITEMS WERE MISSINGTHEY NEVER SHOWED CUSTOMER COUTSEY TO RESPOND THAT FEW ITEMS ARE MISSING TO BE SHIPPED LATERNOTHEY CHARGED EVERY PENNY OF THE PRODUCTS EVEN I DID NOT RECEIVED AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS ON HOLD FOR MORE THEN MINS AND THEN THEY DISCONNECTED MY CALL, I MESSAGE THEM ON CHAT , AND THEY WENT OFFLINE , EVEN WHEN THEY SHOWED ONLINE, NOBODY RESPONED.....DEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE OR THEY ARE THUGS ONLINE ,, WHO EARN FEW DOLLARS AND GIVE YOU THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BELIEVE ME I AM NEVER GONNA BUY FROM THEM AND WOULD SUGGEST TO EVERYONE READING MY REVIEW TO GO INDIA AND BUY RATHER THEN BUY FROM THESE ROGUES ....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN IN AMERICAI WISH SOMETHING CAN BE DONE FOR SUCH ROGUES COMPANIES SO THAT THEY DONT SCREW WITH CUSTOMER'S MONEY , TIME AND ENERGY .....GOD BLESS AMERICA FROM SUCH ROGUES

I ordered groceries through their [redacted] divisionThe sent me powdered milk in August with the expiration date that read "best before Aug 2015" When I wrote to them, they said we are sorry this is the only batch we have and that I should go ahead and consume the expired product as it is "good till the end of August."They offered to return me 50% of the cost of the product On another note, they charged my credit card for another product and then told me they did not have it in stockThey told they would refund the amount back to my credit card within 3-business daysIt has been over weeks and they have not refunded me the money This is a rubbish website with rubbish customer service

The customer placed a fraudulent order with billing and shipping addresses specified as below The elegant touch by crystal ...

[redacted] The order was flagged by our fraud prevention system and upon contacting customer, it was confirmed the customer resided overseas and provided following address [redacted]
The original shipping address provided was of a mail forwarding service [redacted] [redacted]
We notified customer, it is our policy to be prepaid using a payment method other than credit card since those can be  very conveniently charged back. Customer refused and keep on insiusting to process the order and even threating with 15 uncles living around the area who would be sent to deal with our warehouse staff. Review: On 12/**/14 I placed a first time order online with KhanaPakana. They charged the entire amount of the order to my credit card.However on 12/**/14 they sent me an email informing me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock and gave me the option of refunding the money back to my card or send a replacment.I requested a refund but they did not follow through with my request. When my order finally arrived I discoverd that one of the food products had a broked seal and some of the contense of the item spilled out.I did not feel safe consuming this so on 12/**/14 I immediatly contacted KhanaPakana regarding both the refund of the missing item along with a refund for the damaged opened item. On 1/*/14 They sent email requesting photos of the claim.I sent them photos of the item with the broken seal along with a photo of the invoice of my order highlitighing the out of stock item they charged me for. On 1/*/14 they sent emails thanking for the photos and telling they will investigate and will contact me.It has now been 9 days and no word from the company. On 1/**/14 I sent an email explaining how unhappy am and requested to speak with a [redacted] because I want this issue resolved.Ive given more than enough time and feel that they have no intentions on handeling this properly.They are ignoring the issue and are avoiding telephone contact.The lack of communication and poor custemor service gives me an uneasy feel about this company. It seem shadey and unprofessional.I just want my money back for the two items. ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### are KhanaPakana costumer service numbers.I will never ever Order from KhanaPakan again, nor would I recommend this shadey company to anyone.Desired Settlement: $7.30 for the out of stock item I was charged for(ASHWIN PHARM CASTOR OIL)$5.99 for the item stipped with a broken seal(SWAD AMLA POWDER)$13.29 in total is my desired settlement.

Review: I was charged for items not sent and items recieved were damgaed, I asked for replacements and the company told me it was not sent due to being out of stock, but if I wanted to reorder from the website they would sent it out, I ordered two items I didnt recieve, I was refunded the price of one item but I asked for a replacement and my items I actually ordered to be sent, the company is not answering my phone calls and emails response is we refunded you, which they refunded one item, im not interested in paying shipping twice for an item they never sent nor should I be refunded when I asked for a replacement, I then was told the warehouse was out of the item so they sent me a bigger item which they did not, they then asked me to send picture proof, and now are not responding, I spent 40 bucks on items I did not recieve nor can I use items that have been opened!!Desired Settlement: Id like my items I ordered shipped to me asap, Id like to file a complant of how they are treating custmers and taking custmers money.

Review: I ordered & paid for an item from their webiste, solely because they advertised shipping within 24-48 hrs. The item does not show as being out of stock. However, after 72 hrs. had passed the order had still not been fulfilled. I contacted them by e-mail. What I got in return was an 'empty' response, 'oh don't worry - we will contact our warehouse'. The next day, my order had still not shipped. I contacted them again, this time by phone. Again I was told the same thing: 'no problem, we will contact our warehouse.' (Question: Why didn't that work the first time?) At this point I now demanded my money be refunded. The refund never occurred, so I called them. The same man answered & said, '[redacted] is doing your refund' -- BUT that can't be possible because I never used [redacted] in the first place! Also, when [redacted] sends a refund they e-mail the recipient telling them of the refund being sent. I got no such communication from [redacted], and like I said, [redacted] was not involved in me paying them to begin with. They noiw refuse to pick up the phone when I call, and they will not respond to e-mail inquiries.Desired Settlement: My money refunded - ASAP.
