Called this company on December 23, to fix ** Washing MachineWashing machine was showing LE on computer panelTechnician named Mike Ccame out and replaced a part that he said was neededWe paid him $Before he could get out of the subdivision, the washing machine was showed LE on the panel again We called him and he said to unplug it so that it can reset and call him back We tried to call him but he didn't answer his phone after many, many attempts Three days later, we called him from a different telephone number and he answered He said that he had gone out of town He said that he would return two days later to fix the problem He came out and said that he could not repair it and we needed to get a new washing machine This washing machine is only years old and was quite expensive He said that he would give us an 80% refund We waited a week and began calling again He refused to answer his phone until we called from another number He answered and said that he had a $check in his possession and would bring it by the following Saturday afternoon He never came by and will not answer his phone He just took our money and we are senior citizens He scammed us out of our hard earned money

Called this company for refrigerator repairPerson named Mike came out several times over a week period, never fixed refrigerator, finally said get a new oneThe first visit was on 9-03- He kept us waiting about weeks saying he could fix it Had already paid him $on the 1st visit He said would refund of payment Called several times and asked for refund Now he will not take my calls We are year old, on fixed income and feel this is elder abuse by this crook What can we do???
