After being scheduled for a Friday pick up they never showed up They said they would be able to make it Sunday then they called back later that night and said Monday at morningMonday came Around they showed up at 7pmWhen we scheduled the car pick they were well aware the vehicle was not runningOnce the guy showed up Monday night he said he couldn't move itWe offered to get a wrecker out and have it loaded onto the moving truckThe guy said he wouldn't wait that he had to get to New YorkAfter showing up days late you would think they could wait an hour or soWe put a deposit of $which I hope will be reimbursed since they wouldn't take our vehicle
this company sucks!!! I booked an order with *** and *** to pick up a vehicle at a sales yard,They asked for a deposit, accepted it and made the commitment to follow through by a specific dateThey failed to pickup the vehicle causing me 1) significant storage costs, 2) loss of time of access to the vehicle and 3) the need to re-book with a viable competent carrier causing further delays and costsThese people know absolutely nothing about motor carrier etiquette and honesty DONT ORDER FROM THEMyou are on notice!!
