June 19, 2016To Whom It May Concern, We are cordially responding to ID # [redacted] , customer [redacted] regarding vehicle [redacted] CC [redacted] In response to [redacted] 's complaint about the salesperson not being "sure" about the registration process, which was because it's not part of our salesperson's job description hence why we send our customers to a tag agency in order to do the registration processDirect auto sales is not responsible for the odometer discrepancyWe submitted [redacted] 's title and transfer of registration to Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles where they recorded the incorrect miles for the [redacted] CC [redacted] Since it was brought to our attention by [redacted] , we have taken the appropriate steps by requesting an odometer correction with the Pa department of motor vehiclesThe proper documents have been filed with PennDOT, at this point Direct Auto Sales has taken the appropriate actions to remedy the situationAt the time of sale [redacted] was given the option to purchase a vehicle service contract which he declinedThe odometer discrepancy however would not prevent him from purchasing an aftermarket vehicle service contract, Attached are several documents showing how we have been cooperating and assisting with correcting the odometer discrepancyIf you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call at ###-###-####Sincerely,

Mr. [redacted] received the tattoo from an apprentice, which was stated/explained to him before he received the tattoo and which is why he also received a discounted rate.  I did return his call immediately in which I left a voice mail, he then called the shop again several days later, in...

which I called and was able to reach him.  It was advised to him that the artist she was apprenticing under would fix any aesthetic mistakes.  Mr. [redacted] had to leave early and came in the next day to have the same artist finish the tattoo, and was advise he would have to wait 2 weeks because you have to wait for the tattoo to heal before working on it again because that can case more damage to the tattoo.  When I spoke to Mr. [redacted] he informed me that he was unhappy with the tattoo (did not supply any pictures) and had had another artist from a different shop work on it the following weekend. When he spoke to another artist at my shop on the phone he informed him also that he had had it worked on less than a week later.  At that point I let him know he should have followed our directions to wait two week and that we couldn't possible know what mistakes were made by the apprentice at my shop.  The other artist worked on it way to soon and we have no idea what it looked like prior to.  When I spoke with him on the phone he also acknowledged that he knew she was an apprentice and that the other artist would correct any aesthetic mistakes for free.  Because he came in the next day to have the same artist, he was unhappy with finish the tattoo and that he did not give us an opportunity to see what was wrong with the tattoo and fix any aesthetic mistakes, and that he had it worked on way to soon...the work the apprenticing artist did should have been compensated for. Corey Haley Owner
