I am rejecting this response because:
Prior to me purchasing vehicle at Direct automotive, There were repairs that was agreed upon have not been completedWhen I called because I was asked to do so, I didn't get a return call or message for weeksI spoke to the alleged director Of the company, I was told that he didn't have any information regarding my vehicle being maintenced or Title to vehicle or my payment for sales tax in order to get the vehicle registered, I noticed the lot was empty and I was told there was some issues with direct automotive and with bank that does financing.When I tried to call *** (***) the same day he was very anal and dismissive attitude From the beginning when asked about updated informationFuthermore, I have not made any threats to anyone employed By Direct automotiveI spoke to *** credit union (Branch Manager) she stated that I will not have to voluntarily return vehicle until they have received full payment from direct automotiveThe deal on the vehicle was 15,when I recieved my contract the price of vehicle was marked up 17,When I asked why has the numbers increased from the original price I was told my sales tax was included but it's not listed on Bill of saleAfter I noticed that it wasn't I called and spoke to Mr***, I was given the ultimatum of "forget it just bring my car back" in a very agressive anal way, but prior to purchasing I was told once vehicle is purchased I wouldnt be able to return itThe loan from *** was for 20,that's 4,differenceThere's also a warranty by ASC years miles for 1,and for gap when I spoke with them they have not received any funding from direct automotiveI have been advised to cancel that warranty because ASC does not have a good reputation of upholding warrantiesI have not received a title for vehicle, no repairs to pass inspection, and the funding to get my vehicle registered....Down below are attached messages that was sent to me in regards to upholding agreement, and it clearly stated an apology after an incident that was clearly directed toward me after the treatment for trying to obtain updated information, and prior to my research this is not the first incident with direct automotive has had with a customer for title, tags, and gettting vehicle registered and they have used the "He/she threatin me"At the end of the day I'm making payments on a vehicle that I can't get registered or tagged!None of these repairs have not been done excluding headlight

Thank you for your concern, Mr. [redacted] Continuously yelling and shouting, cursing and threatened me as well as my employees. He has been reported. he is on a 60 day tag and 100% legal and has well over 30 days before his registration time. As of the Fraud accusations, There are Obvious paperwork....

Keep in mind we have tried several times to make mr [redacted] happy. we even offered to purchase the vehicle back in full and in return we got threatened, if there was anything we could to to speed up the legal process we would, if there are any other concerns or questions please contact us at ###-###-#### or at [redacted]Thank you
