Review: I can not get in contact with direct bedding and furniture. I have a warranty claim to make from a purchase made and don't know how to get ahold of them to take care of it.Desired Settlement: I just want to get ahold of them to remedy the situation.

Review: On May 20, 2014, I purchased a dining set from DBF. The bill was paid in full that day. Part of the order was a bench that was ordered extra, but was back ordered. When the table arrived, it was damaged and I was told by the owner that a new table top was ordered to replace the damaged one.

As of August 10, 2015, the bench and table top has yet to arrive. The total for the bench was $119.99. A new table is $399.99.

I have stopped at the store once (in May) was told the items will arrive. With repeated stops, calls and emails, my questions have not been answered since.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my items delivered to me. If this is not an option, I am seeking a refund of $551.18 (items+tax).

Review: I purchased two loft beds from Direct Bedding and Furniture approximately one year ago. At that time, they were assembled incorrectly by the installers from the company. Some of the boards were put on backwards, they didn't install the ladder railing on one of the beds, and the sliding board didn't go all the way to the ground. It took a few phone calls, but they finally came out and made some repairs. The shelf accessory that I purchased was also screwed in wrong and kept falling off of the side of the bed, I was told someone would come out to look at it, but they never did. Then in the spring, approx. April or May while my child was sleeping in the bed the safety railing completely dislodged from the bed frame and came crashing down off of the side of the bed in the middle of the night. This is now a safety issue as my child has a mid loft bed and it is not safe for her to be sleeping above ground with no safety railing to prevent her falling from the bed. I have contacted the business several times to resolve this issue. I spoke to the manager that sold me the bed, and text him pictures of the broken bed (which I have unfortunately inadvertently deleted). I was told that he would come out and survey the damage. He never showed, when I contacted him I was told that he had ordered parts based on the pictures I had sent him. When I continued to call to check on the status, I was repeatedly told that they were waiting for the parts and would contact me when they came in. They never contacted me. I have tried to reach them via phone, as well as through their facebook page, but I cannot seem to get anyone to come and fix the faulty merchandise they sold me and then assembled incorrectly. I am hopeful that you can help.Desired Settlement: I desire repair or replacement of faulty merchandise so that I can sleep easy knowing that my child is not going to come tumbling down off of her bed in the middle of the night and sustain a drastic injury. This would become an even bigger liability to the company that refuses to fix their faulty merchandise if that were to happen.
