I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.After speaking with Barbara a representative from their company, I was delighted by her willingness to hear out my concerns and readiness to resolve the issue to my surprise she offered a full refund of all the money that I had paid on the premiums in addition to the "non-refundable" application fee and was sincere in regards to relieving my frustrations and even took the time to explain additional options available to me
